Taki Omakase is Delray Beach’s premier Japanese Omakase restaurant. We offer a curated 18-course chef’s choice menu - including traditional Japanese nigiri and cutting-edge, innovative seafood & wagyu dishes.

We have 3 nightly seatings Friday & Saturday at 5:00, 7:00, & 9:00 pm. Tuesday-Thursday & Sunday we offer 2 seatings at 6:00 & 8:00 pm. Lunch seating available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday's at 12:30 pm. I understand Dinner Omakase is $170 per person + tax & gratuity. Lunch Omakase is $90 per person + tax & gratuity. A deposit of half the Omakase ($85 at dinner $45 at lunch) is required to book and will be applied toward the bill.

All guests must consume raw fish. We cannot accommodate vegan or vegetarian restrictions.

Absolutely loved my experience here. Patrick is an amazing chef who elaborated on each course throughout the dinner. Every course was thoughtfully crafted, with innovative flavors that still honored the traditional essence of omakase. The balance of textures, freshness of the seafood, and unexpected yet well-executed combinations made each bite memorable. I'd also recommend the Senkin "Modern" sake- it paired well with each course. It’s clear the chefs puts real intention behind the menu. Worth every moment and every bite, definitely a spot I'd revisit.

Patrick was the best chef for omakase! He was so knowledgeable and funny and friendly and the experience was so intimate and delicious, the food was friggin amazing quality and the vibe was fantastic. 10/10 experience please go!!!!!!!!!!!

Anthony was an amazing chef and brought great energy to the experience. Not a single miss with any of his hand curated picks. Could not find a better experience for better value. Would love if they expanded their cocktail options.

The staff made us feel special and taken care of. The food was fantastic and the presentation was beautiful. My only recommendation is to slow the service down a little bit to allow us to savor everything a little more, but I understand there’s a scheduled seating after us. I could have stayed there all night.
