New York City’s Taikun Sushi has returned to the resort, and Chef Yasu Iwai is delivering a new culinary experience sure to impress. This intimate and immersive 16-course culinary journey sources only the finest ingredients, and a meticulously crafted menu will rotate to showcase the incredible diversity of seasons and textures.

All seats are at the Omakase counter. Two seatings are offered 5:30 pm and 8:00 pm

Due to the nature of the experience, we cannot accommodate vegan or vegetarian guests. Kindly let us know of any dietary constraints or if you are celebrating a special occasion. We are looking forward to hosting you! Two seatings are offered 5:30pm and 8:00pm.

    This is an extraordinary dining experience, a complete sensory journey. The staff are knowledgeable, warm and fun. The atmosphere feels intimate and refined. The sushi here is a work of art, crafted with inventive flavor combinations and beautifully presented. I have dined here 3 times and look forward to the next time.

    We enjoyed a special dinner with my brother and sister in law. Food was fantastic. The chef and host (server) was such a delight. It’s a very private dining experience. Every course was excellent - we also had the pairing which was also fantastic. If I return to the ritz I would return to Taikun!

    Wonderful meal. We had fish that we never had. The place only holds 8 people.

    This is a must if you like Sushi, and want to expand your tastebuds. Everything was phenomenal and Adrian and Chef are awesome people.
