Met here with 8-10 ppl and loved how easily shareable the appetizers and tacos were. Ordered guac, chili con queso, carnitas tacos, carne asada tacos, Baja fish tacos, and churros. All the food and drinks were delish.

We booked for a quiet date night out and unfortunately had to share the open dining space with a large corporate happy hour (with about 25-30 people). We would have been happy to sit outside (where it was quieter) but Tacolicious didn't have sufficient heat lamps and the fall area was nippy. Food was solid and service kind, but a bit over-priced especially when the ambience wasn't there.

Items are overpriced and food is overly spiced. flavors are lost on spices. My son did not like the ‘kids quesadilla’ it was too spicy!! When ordering your food you need to make sure from the get go what you want. Servers are rushed and once a choice is out of your mouth ‘it goes straight to the kitchen’ and you can not change your mind. There is a hype about this place. Other places in the are have way better mexican dishes and prices are more reasonable.

Food was good, nothing special. Service was not good: very slow to get server’s attention, ran out of water and napkins, dessert served but table not cleared. Also, the gray metal chairs are very uncomfortable.

This is our go-to place before any show at Shoreline Amphitheater or the Frost Theater at Stanford. Tacos always taste amazing. Service was very attentive and got our order right. The Ambiance of sitting in Downtown Palo Alto and watching the town folks stroll by is very relaxing. Cheers

Tacolicious is one of our all-time favorite spots. Always love to try the especial taco, which this month is pork and griddled cheese -- delicious! Also love the strawberry margaritas, which are still available right now as La Fresa on the drink menu. But the Margarita Fresca and De La Casa are excellent as well. Good food, friendly staff, casual atmosphere, reasonable price -- great place to hang out!

Really delicious and tasty Mexican food. Not American Mex but a big more just high quality food. The Salsa is awesome, rice was great as always. the Guac was just okay, we ended up leaving it uneaten, which is unusual. MF chicken tacos are a little spicy but yummy, I had 2 tacos, lots of meat in them and good. It is a noisy place. But that is the style, some hustle and bustle. Hopefully you know your companions. Either take people you know well or people you don't want to talk to ;-)

Service has gotten a lot worse. Took forever to get things, such as chips, water, etc., even though there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. My group ordered guac and queso, and it took 10 mins to bring us more chips after we asked for them. Cool place location-wise to grab a drink, but that's about all. Was much better a few years ago.

We went for tocos. The chicken and the shrimp were very spicy. The mushroom and the pork were good. The biggest downside is that they have Diet Pepsi rather than Diet Coke

Fun taco spot! The 4 taco plate is filling, and may be one taco too many, but I love the variety. For me, the clincher is the homemade hot sauces. I strongly recommend asking for them with your chips!

It had been a while but there was a group of old colleague friends getting together and I threw down going to grab tacos and margy’s at Tacolicious. I was reminded how good all their tacos and how tasty the margy’s were. If I had to choose- the carnitas and shrimp tacos are my favorite. But the rest are also good. Solid fun place to hang out. the group enjoyed it and I’m just glad to have gone back!!!

Went for a casual work friends meet up, and this place is the right amount of energetic and casual while still being cozy enough to reminisce. Loved the veggie taco's and drinks go well with the food. Liked the avocado taco so much, the whole table got a round to finish the night off.

The avocado taco is my obsession right now!! You have to try it with a side of the habanero salsa that comes on our taco especial. It's even hotter than the habanero salsa on our salsa quad that comes table side if you could even believe that. It really takes it to that next level if you're into spice. Tacolicious is a consistent winner for our family. Guac = awesome. Roasted salsa = best around. MF Chicken tacos = always ordered. Other favorites include the Marina Girl Salad (with chicken added), fish tacos, carnitas tacos, and a side of rice/beans/flour tortillas for the kids. Also, they don't advertise this, but if you get the MF Chicken special that comes with the sides, it is the best value and option for a group of people.

Tacos are always a good choice here, but their chicken-egg-tortilla soup is the star of the show. We ALWAYS order a bowl because a cup is just not enough. The refried beans are our 2-year old’s favorite. The cocktails are good and strong…a nice pairing to the tacos. We come when we want to eat out, but don’t want eat at a sit-down formal restaurant or default to fast food…a happy medium. Plus, we have never had to wait long for a table. Win-win.

We had chips and menus but then sat over 10min until someone came to us. Our food came and we still didn’t have drinks. Think they forgot about it. Food was decent. I had a fish taco with a lot of breading.

This is where you'll find us on a typical Friday night. Margaritas are the best anywhere, and the food is awesome too. Excellent, but inexpensive and casual. Order the "Holy Trinity" dip with queso, guacamole, and beans. It's on the happy hour menu, but not the main menu, so many people don't know about it.

I was shocked in the fall off in quality since the last time I was there. The chips tasted stale and the quest was like ball park cheese wiz. Expensive for what it was. Won’t be back.
