   Google search and Open Table showed the restaurant as open. Open Table even accepted our reservation of 6. Arrived to find the restaurant closed.

   The sushi pieces were pretty big. Took a long time to get our food. Soft shell crab was amazing

   We had good service and it was quiet (we were the only ones there). The sushi was ok. I felt it was over priced for the quality. The menu was quite small for a sushi restaurant. We had the spicy edamame to start and didn't like it much. They used dry seasoning which didn't have a great flavor.

   The food was great but the customer service was not good. The Hispanic man who greeted us was not in a good mood, he was rude from the moment we arrived, and made us not want to come back. He sat us down and didn’t bring menus or take our drink order until 15 minutes later and that was because we asked him for it. We had to again ask him if he could take our order because he wasn’t. We ordered our drinks and my drink didn’t come to the table until I was practically done with my meal and that was because again he brought it up to him that we were still missing our drink. We clearly put it on the reservation that we were celebrating a 25th birthday. At the end of our meal he brought the check and we reminded him that we were celebrating a birthday and he said we’re short staffed we won’t be able to bring anything to the table. It’s a bummer because the food is great but they need someone that has good customer service, manners, and looks like they want to be there working. His attitude that night makes us never want to come back.

   Good food but an extremely limited selection. No parking and everything is approximately $17.00 to $32.00. there are several other choices for sushi in San Diego.

   We dined on a Sunday night and were a little reluctant to enter at first because there were few people in the restaurant. It was early evening on a Sunday so that could have been the reason. Anyway, from the time we sat down, the waiter was great, gave us good recommendations and the food was fantastic. Everything we ordered was delicious. Our favorite was the Chatto roll. The food was fresh, the rolls were large and easily shared. We had a great experience!
