    Food was lukewarm even after letting them know. The shrimp and grits were served lukewarm a second time and we didn’t want to complain again. Will not be coming back.

    The food, ambiance and service were all so fantastic!!! Interestingly, the Louisiana Purchase was drafted here and signed accross the street !! The crème brûlée was the best I’ve ever had and all of our food exceeded expectations. Our server was also so fantastic!

    My date and I got a balcony seat with Jackson Square view. The ambience was amazing for our date. We started with the crawfish beignets man delicious!! I had the Lamb and it just melted in my mouth, She had the pork schnitzel and it was tender and the sauce was out of this world!!! For sure will be going back.

    We started with the DEMI ROYALE (for the table, a $48 appetizer. The hot crab dip was delicious! The crab claws are served cold and we're just okay. The shrimp about the same. They were good but not anything memorable. Of the three of us, one ordered the brown butter gnocchi with an add-on of chicken which is delicious. I had it about a month ago and it came in a really big bowl which made for ease of eating. This time they brought it on an arrow which was awkward to eat out of because it wasn't big enough. The other two diners were disappointed in their meals. One ordered a dish of pork chop schnitzel. Schnitzel is always a very thin fried piece of meat crispy on the outside. This was a regular pork chop breaded. While it might have been nice to give it the fancy name of schnitzel, there was nothing schnitzel about it. It was served with potatoes and cabbage. I missed opportunity because a true schnitzel would have been nicely served with a spaetzle pasta. My friend who never leaves food behind left half of his food on the plate. My other Diner friend ordered a seafood Bouillabaisse, ate ~ 1/2 and left the rest. Again was underwhelmed as the predominant Seafood in this dish was baby octopus which is not exactly a New Orleans Seafood. This was our second time at this restaurant in a month and on her last visit, she had a fry sauce shell crab which was small and not crispy. Hence two not so great meals at this price point means we probably will not be back, Which is unfortunate because it is such a Nice venue. A waitress however was excellent. To the very attentive and scraped the girls off of our table. We were never approached or visited by a manager and do not even know who that would have been as we saw no one rounding. We finished with a chocolate torte dessert which was good and satisfying. $250 for three people to eat, our food should have been Superior.

    We were nearly last “seating time” and service felt like it. Food was pretty good (loved the shrimp and grits, wife didn’t care for the pasta dish). Had to keep asking for things.

    Server forgot to order a salad, a side. Kitchen left off the sauce on a dish and undercooked mussels. Usually it’s very good bit last night wasn’t a good experience

    Some good some l not so good. Beautiful setting, the interior is gorgeous. Dear Tableau, please chill your salads. Mine was so warm it was unappetizing, same for my red wine. It was way past room temp. Bouillabaisse the seafood in it was great, the broth needed way more flavor and depth, bland. And don’t put the grilled baguette in the broth so it’s a soggy mess! Crawfish beignets fantastic as well as the coulotte with grilled shrimp, the shrimp was the best item on the table! So needs some work but I’d go back.
