Great meal. Austin, our server, was wonderful.
Beautiful restaurant with a gorgeous view! Both indoor and outdoor seating were very nice. Healthy food choices and a great selection of local brews. Enjoyed our lunch of salads or burger very much --- fresh and delicious! Service was excellent and pleasant. Looking forward to returning.

A bit noisy, clearly some nearby customers were "over-served". This is a remote location, not sure if I would make the drive a 2nd time just to eat here.
Great place for dinner and the special was outstanding. Service was great but the bar service was a little slow needs improvement.
We took family visitors here after the Babcock Eco Tour. We had a relaxing, unruffled lunch. Everything was fine and we had a great time. I reserved our table through Open Table and they had our table ready when we arrived. Very friendly staff who were Extremely attentive. Offers of refills kept coming and we didn’t have to ask for anything. It was heaven! Food was fabulous. The angus burger was a favorite; and short rib with angus and horseradish cheddar cheese sandwich divine. Delicious food and the fries were extremely fresh and tasty.

I have been wanting to go here for a while. I finally had a chance.
I ordered a beautiful side salad. My entree was Wild Boar Rack, 12 oz. $28 with mash potatoes and veggies.
This was pricy but I never had it before. I was surprise that they ask me how did I want it cooked. Medium rare of course...Anybody who orders above medium is a moron.
It arrived very fast...It was fabulous!! A bit hard to cut but is tasted so good. It came with a bone. I was unsure whether I should start with bone or sliced it. I sliced then kn-awl on the bone. At 28 bucks I want my money worth the hell with manners...In Japan when you eat soup it is proper & expected to slurp the soup..
My veggie, grilled onions with yellow squash and deli-sh yukon gold mash potatoe.
I also sprang for a dessert. My server, Amy (did a outstanding job) read off the list and I just chose the last one. I never heard of it. It was great looking and tasty. My shock was it was 12 bucks...WOW...
Overall this is a great place to go to. Good but expensive food along with nice views of the lake here. Oh yes when you drive here after crossing the quaint bridge, notice NO lines overhead.

Very satisfied with our experience but were especially pleased with the happy and friendly ambience and attitude. The food and service only added to a most pleasant evening.
Very nice place to eat. Service was somewhat on the slow side but worth the wait. Only gripe and disappointment was that regular beer products are not available on tap.
Sad to say were were disappointed especially since we are so excited about the Babcock Ranch in every way and very much want to support this brilliant effort to create such an amazing GREEN space!! The resturant is beautiful and right on their beautiful lake! The food was a disappointment however, so sorry to report. We ordered three starters, the lettuce wraps, were way too salty.. mushrooms, came with a coddled egg... the white was clear & raw inside eeeek! and the mushrooms were waaaay too salty as well, the fried goat cheese was actually great came with mango (not ripe though) and honey to spread on toasted baguette rounds this was the only thing I enjoyed...side salad with blue cheese dressing.. the salad was unimpressive and the blue cheese dressing was embarrassingly poor. Our guests ordered steak (was tender and cooked to order) came with mashed potatoes that were ok... and broccoli was way too al dente... really couldn't eat it.... sooo we are sad to say we might not come back until we see some better reviews...

Excellent service and food, as always. Menu is very creative with a lot of vegetarian options. Try the fried goat cheese and mango appetizer.

Music was not good and too loud. Both wife and I must have ordered the wrong thing. Pulled pork without the BBQue and bacon that was not bacon. Fries were good. Might go back and try something different as is convenient to where we live.
A little pricy but the steaks were awesome. Service was great. Don't mind paying a little more for a good cut of meat. Will definitely be back.

Drinks were undrinkable. Mahi was raw. Short ribs had no flavor.
Too windy to sit outside, which we would have preferred, but that’s nature, not the fault of the restaurant. Our waitress was great—informative and friendly. The food was yummy and the restaurant is attractive although a bit cold (both temperature and decor). We would definitely return!
Great menu. Nice change of pace. Good food and nice outdoor dining on a lovely evening.
First, the food is excellent. The steak was perfect, burger delicious, snapper poboy very good, and pulled pork mac & cheese great.
The negatives were the two salads ordered were the Caesar and the Wedge. At almost $10 each, we were expecting enough to share, but these were both small salads. Also, while we had reservations and were seated immediately, the service was slow throughout our visit. A lady who appeared to be a manager brought out the salads and was visibly upset, but offered no apology or explanation for the long wait after ordering.
So, the kitchen appears to know what they are doing, but this place has some work to do on the customer facing front. I’ll probably wait a few months and see if they can get the kinks worked out because it is a really nice area, the food was very good, and I would love to see them succeed.
Always a favorite! Love to visit at least twice a week!👍
This was our first visit to Table and Tap. We were more than impressed! Our dinners were the best we've had since moving to South Florida. The ambiance of the restaurant was perfect and Kennedy, our server, couldn't have been more kind and helpful. We can't wait to go back.

Creative and very good food. However, extremely expensive. So would dine there probably only once a year.
We stopped by here after doing the eco-tour of the nearby Babcock Ranch wildlife refuge and touring several of the new model homes at this "green" city.
The menu was varied and offered everyone a choice of meals. The beer selection was surprisingly varied for this locale. The server was ok. Wish things were brought out faster.
The only gripe is about the location, actually trying to find it. The location is so new that none of the GPS maps (including Google) can give good directions. The signage for the restaurant needs to be made more clear and apparent. Call for directions before heading out.
The place has great promise.
A surprisingly good experience in an out-of-the-way place, Babcock Ranch. The service was fine--an experienced server was training a new hire. It didn't prevent good service at all. The food was well prepared, tasty and attractive.
Lovely setting...excellent personnel...food extra special....we plan on going again and again
Hidden gem in Alva. But I am sure as the neighborhood grows it will become known. Love the menu. Not just the usual pub menu. Shows some imagination. We have been a few times and will continue to dine here and introduce our friends to it as well. Well done.

The food was fantastic. Very fresh and nicely presented. The noise level was too loud. We were looking for a more peaceful experience.
Food was very good and the waitress very attentive. It was a bit of a drive, but will definitely go back again.

Awesome adorable restaurant with amazing menu and perfect portions!
The restaurant is located in Babcock Ranch, a solar powered community and overlooks the lake. It is a farm to table restaurant serving a wide variety of craft beers. They also serve wine. Exotic mushrooms with a 63 degree egg in a veal glace, andouille sausage, reubins with homemade corn beef and sauerkraut, fried green tomato BLT with pork belly were the dishes enthusiastically enjoyed by our foursome. Great view and service. Take an electric boat ride after lunch. We went at 2 p.m.and then toured some new homes. An entertaining afternoon enjoying a "green" experience.
Our first visit. Nice place with good inside/outside seating and view of lake. Limited menu but interesting with enough variety to appeal to everyone. We tried the pulled pork sandwich and the po boy fish sandwich. Both were excellent. Am not usually into fries but theirs were seasoned just right and we ate them all. Service was friendly and not hurried. Will go there again for sure.

House wine was not very good. Only negative. Burger best ever, poor boy sandwich was excellent, awesome French fries!
This farm-to-table restaurant offers imaginative, well-crafted dishes at reasonable prices. We loved the pulled pork with corn pancakes, the shrimp and grits and watermelon salad. Fresh microgreens and edible flowers plus palmetto honey harvested on site add special touches that make a meal here special. Great staff and atmosphere.
Made reservation for our anniversary and asked that chef make special desert for my wife when i made reservation. Upon arrival i double checked with host about meeting the chef and asked about desert. Was told all good to go. During dinner chef came out and went to wrong couple and congratulated them, they were clueless, then desert came out and they gave that to wrong couple as well. So we watched WRONG couple eat OUR desert and meet chef. Only three couples in restraunt at this time. UNBELIEVABLE that staff could screw it up with only 3 couples in restraunt and after i introduced myself so they knew who we were. Very embarrassing and out a damper on rest of night. Will never bring anybody there for special night or event again. Must b to complicated for staff to follow thru with only 3 couples in at this time. EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED IN STAFF.. As we r regulars there.. no more...
