   This a wonderful evening experience. The food was incredible, we did small plates all evening and were not disappointed in any of them. I strongly recommend the Brussels sprouts. Nicky our waiter was very attentive and professional . When he learned we were in town for our annual visit to celebrate my partners birthday, our choice of dessert on the house. Frank the manager stopped by several times and wished her a happy birthday . Very gracious person. This is the second time we've been there and never been disapointed

   We love Steamboat and the local restaurants. I’ve eaten here many times and always love it. This time, both my sister and I had special dietary needs. They were great about checking on the ingredients and accommodating us. It was a wonderful experience.

   Table 79's staff is always very good. Service is always good and the feeling of the restaurant esp in the front dining room is always good - we go often and like the restaurant a lot. However, the limited menu has become a negative. The limited menu and the entrees on the menu are making us not really want to go to the restaurant as often as we have in the past.

   My wife and I had a reservation for dinner during happy hour. We were seated immediately. We had to ask for the happy hour menu (not good). We ordered the portobello fries (delicious), the burger and cheese ravioli together with two IPA’s. Beer and food were good. Service was friendly and attention.

   Fabulous meal!! We have not dined here for about a year , what a mistake!! We will be going here on a regular basis going forward!! The food was fantastic, Plating was exceptional and the service top notch- what else can you ask for!!! Some things you have to try- the corn appetizer, the dinner salad was fresh and light, the trout and the pork chop!! Thank you for a fantastic date night!!

   My husband and I dined at Table 79 on Sat. 4/22. We split a bowl of soup, tuna poke and a steak. We had no drinks. The soup was wonderful and the tuna poke was great but super small portion being mostly rice. The steak had a nice flavor but was FULL of Gristle. It was a huge disappointment. The steak alone was $52. Our bill was a cool $96 before tip. We did mention the gristle to the server. Our server was OUTSTANDING as far as being attentive and answering questions about the menu and small talk. We've always enjoyed Table 79. Not sure we will be back.

    So happy we found a good restaurant that was still open after the mountain closed for the season. I was initially disappointed that there was no longer duck on the menu, but I had the trout that replaced it and it was great. We'll be back for sure.

    This was a great meal with excellent service all around. Love the open kitchen concept. They did an excellent job managing gluten free requests due to celiac disease. They have a separate fryer for those who need accommodations.

    We came on a recommendation from a bartender down the street. We wanted to make it for happy hour, which is 4:30-6:00. The happy hour menu is relatively small, but the value is good compared to normal prices. Normal prices are consistent with everywhere else in Steamboat. The Old Fashioned my husband had was excellent! The tuna poke appetizer tasted fresh & was full of flavor—the pineapple is a great touch. The soup of the day was a corn purée, & my husband & mother in law ate every bite! I had the burrata salad. The portion was good, & the flavor was excellent. We had espresso martinis for dessert & loved those as well. They were strong & the flavor was perfect. Our server was attentive & knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

    Service was ok. We were a party of 4. seated at a wall table, so 2 of us were facing the wall. Meanwhile, the whole restaurant was open with normal seating. First appetizer-fried portobello mushrooms(previously frozen, maybe from a distributor?) so salty, 4 starving skiers couldn’t finish them. Second appetizer-bison carpaccio was very good. This place has an eclectic mix of entrees. I had short ribs(too firm as if reheated)with kimchi rice-mushy and disgusting. Did not finish. Overall family rating of 2/5. This place is not cheap. They bill themselves as upscale. I would not return. So many better options in Steamboat Springs.

    Not sure what to say here. We ate here a couple of years ago and it was awesome. Last night was just fair. The drinks are good but very expensive. Wines by the glass list could use an update. The food was nothing outstanding. The server was nice. Thankfully we were there with a great group of friends. I'm not sure I would recommend based on last night's meal.

    As always this place never disappoints. The cocktails are delicious as is all of the food we ordered, soup, poke, salad, sweet potato fries and portobello fries. We celebrated my friends birthday, she got a hamburger which she ate every bit of and they gave her a delicious side of sauce that was a great addition. Kendra was our waiter and she was absolutely delightful and made an extra effort to make sure everything was to our liking. The ambiance is great. Honestly their isn’t a bad seat in the place

    We always love coming to Table 79. The service is outstanding! Only complaint this time was the fries with the burger were a bit cold like they’d been sitting around for a while. But I’m sure we will be back.
