My steak was not prepared right the first time. Had to send it back-and when it came back out it was room temperature.

We waited half an hour to have someone approach us. The bartender, who appeared disoriented, took our order. 15minutes later another waitress came and retook our order as the bartender forgot what we ordered. Both employees appeared intoxicated. We ordered appetizers and they were descent. We wanted to order more but never got a chance as no one ever came back to our table. I had to go to the bar to close out then to the front desk of the hotel to ask for a pen to sign my bill. Is there no management on site? It didn’t appear as such. This was comic con weekend. I expected more staff and supervision. Terrible experience. In a city with so many options for dining, you get one chance with patrons. Table 509 blew it. I’ll never return.

The food was delicious and the service was great. All the staff at the hotel, restaurant, bar, roof top bar were very friendly and took great care of us.

Burger we ordered was good along with the fries. It took too long to get though. Shared a slice of cake and ice cream. $51 with no alcoholic drinks? A bit pricey?!?!
