The standard dinner is $105. per person and may vary depending on the menu or special events. The menu is subject to a 20% service charge, plus sales tax.
Please come to the Rockwood Grill greeter station upon check-in. All T&T guests are escorted from Rockwood Grill to the T&T Innovation Kitchen.
We are open Friday and Saturday for dinner service only. Special events will be announced on our Social Media sites.
When you make a reservation at T&T, it covers your base meal, but it does not include supplemental food, alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic beverages, coffee or tea.

Wow! What an experience... We attended the Grgich Hill wine dinner and it was incredible. The sommelier was very knowledgeable and told us some great stories about the original wine maker Mike Grgich. The food was outstanding and a one of a kind experience. The food was a piece of art work and paired with the wine made the evening a night to remember. We will be back!
An interesting evening... be sure to select table location carefully. Ask for chef's table for close-up view; otherwise look for high tables against back wall, with sight lines to kitchen.
We left shortly in to our meal as there were significant basic health issues that were not being respected. One of the line cooks had a fabric bracket on that was being drug through each plate. Another diner even called him out and asked him to correct this, though with a lame attempt he did not manage to do so. There was also lots of touching of the nose/face and them IMMEDIATELY putting those same hands in to food and plating. Since this restaurant is a visual experience as well as dining, it was appalling that these basic general hygiene issues were clearly not attended which leaves one to believe that there is a lack of supervisory training. We left without eating most of the meal, paying the full $250.00. Really a disappointment for T & T and how it relates to the broader black mark that extends to the Marriott as a whole. If this goes on in plain sight, one can only imagine how it is behind the curtain.
Probably the finest meal I’ve ever had. 6 course meal with paired wine with gratuity was over $500. For 2. Regardless it’s one for the record books!

We loved all aspects of this dining experience! The set menu was exquisitely prepared and expertly delivered. The flavors were sublime. We tried to return before leaving the Palm Springs area, sadly no openings. Will return next January!
Terrific restaurant! The best in the valley. It is in line with one Michelin star restaurants in SF and NY. It is a changing menu every Friday & Saturday. Try the fun cocktails with a gimmick. The food is beautiful to the eyes, well cooked, and balanced in ingredients. We will be back.
The food was very innovative, menu changes every weekend, and watching the prep on cctv was great! Chef personally introduced each course. Many, many servers, thus the mandatory 20 percent gratuity, which I would have done anyway (but it adds up!). Small space with loud music. Very chilly so bring a wrap. Smart Casual is an overstatement, several were wearing jeans. Seating is literally in the kitchen, probably a max of 25 per night.
My biggest disappointment was with the wine pairings. I wanted the wine to compliment the food, but the selections were marginal. Five $30 bottle wines with 3 oz pours does not add up to $85. If you tell them it’s a special occasion you get a complimentary glass of Napa bubbles. If you don’t, you don’t. As far as I’m concerned, either do it for everyone, or consider Fridays a special occasion.
All in all, I’m glad we tried it once, but won’t be rushing back.

Easily the best meal I’ve had in the desert and the food could hold its own with the best restaurants in SF and LA. We ordered one vegetarian meal and the chefs created a custom course pairing that mirrored the proteins served in the regular tasting menu - incredibly creative and delicious. Service was attentive and very polished. Well done!
Time and Temperature was a wonderful experience. The food is very well executed, with crowd pleasing flavors. They aren't pushing the envelope all that far, but everything was very well made and delicious. The same can be said for the wine pairings. The staff was attentive and exceedingly friendly, going out of their way to make the evening enjoyable. The only thing that stood out to me was the execute chef; while he can clearly command a protein station, he didn't engage with the guests at all. Perhaps he is an introvert, but for this style of restaurant to reach another level, a more gregarious head chef (who maintains flawless culinary skills) would be preferred.

Definitely a foodie’s hot-spot!
The team are great, the service excellent. Bu the idea is poorly executed. As an innovative foodie spot with all the focus on the food .. the portions were too big for all the courses overwhelming the palette at times, the music was old fashioned (really Sinatra again?); the ambience lacking (I was on a bar top table?? looking at the exit doors?) and then going through another restaurants kitchen (that was less than appealing) which at a minimum $150 p/p really missed the mark. To really get this right, the team needs to visit at least 1 Michelin spot to see how this kind of place needs to be pulled off.

Palm Springs needs more places like this! What sets Time and Temperature apart is both the food and the ambiance - this is an intimate dining experience- the staff are all very welcoming and engaging - it feels like you are dining with friends (who are exceptional chefs). The food is outstanding - creative, and while not all the courses are equally well done, some are exceptional and seeing the process up close makes you appreciate the work that goes into each dish.

We celebrated Hal's birthday. It was amazing. Ronnie our server made the whole night special. From walking in and being attended to buy all 5 staff, the design of the room, seeing the monitors for detail view of cooking and prep. Every part of our meal experience was TOP NOTCH.
Highly recommend requesting a seating at the chef's table/counter. Excellent meal with wonderful and friendly service.

We’ve had the good fortune to dine at some of world’s most outstanding restaurants ... T&T can confidently count itself among one of the best we’ve ever had. The duck, short ribs, lobster and scallops were just exquisitely prepared. Usually there will be one stand out dish ... but I can honestly say from beginning to end every dish was a winner. The service was attentive and friendly without being intrusive or pretentious. Chef Vo visited our table for every course and gave us an explanation of every dish. It won’t be long before word gets out on this amazing Palm Springs gem - can’t wait to return ... hoping we can get a reservation !

A unique experience and the best food I have ever had in North America.
The experience was amazing. Ronnie took care of us very well. Two of the courses we had were duck and NY steak. The duck was tough and the steak did not have much flavor. I also ordered the lobster which I thought was a little rubbery instead of fresh as I expected. Being in the back kitchen was very cool and you are treated like VIPs. You see exactly how everything is made and the chef comes to your table to explain exactly what it is and how it was prepared.
From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we were treated like part of the family of T & T. We were celebrating a recent engagement and everyone went out of their way to make us feel extra special with congratulations and a few special gifts. The entire evening was a once in a lifetime experience and it lived up to what we hoped it would. The food was amazing but it was the entire staff who made it fantastic. We loved it so much and hope we get to go back someday!!
It was amazing, a must for any foodie. This is so reasonable and would be at least twice the price in LA.
I am so thrilled to have found this hidden treasure! An inviting atmosphere, an engaging crew, fantastic service...and some of the most delicious dishes I've enjoyed anywhere in my extensive travels. The chef's tasting menu was a well-considered mix of proteins, and each dish was perfectly proportioned. Even with the addition of the optional dish, we left feeling satisfied but not overly-full. Every course was exemplary, presentations were on point, and each was brought to the table by the head chef, sous chef or pastry chef for a description of the ingredients and preparation. I cannot wait for my next visit! I'm a pretty adventurous eater, yet everything served at T&T was very accessible to even relatively picky eaters. I'd have no fear of bringing guests who have a less adventurous palate.
Overall I really enjoyed the experience, it was a fun way to eat, the staff was marvelous and the food was very creative and delicious. Will definitely return.
The only downside: our server was very sweet but he really messed up our (me and my friend) bill and had to re-do it and in the process charged each of us (we were paying separately) for 3 meals with only 1 credited back. Now I have to go to my bank to sort out how to get credited for the overcharge. really annoying.
We celebrated our anniversary. It was one of our best food experience. The food was excellent and service was second to none. Everyone was very attentive. We would definitely return and would recommend to anyone who wants a dining experience to remember.
Unusual experience not to be missed for foodies or anyone that wants something special. Only 25 people permitted to reserve. I would go again in a heart beat. We (as well as many people there) were celebrating a birthday. They brought out a special dessert for the celebrant. We had the wine pairing. The chef-driven menu and wine pairing are both fairly priced.
My only issues were that the waiter kept forgetting to provide fresh silverware and at the end of the meal did not mention that there was a 20% gratuity already included in the total. As a result, I inadvertently overtipped. A good reminder to check the bill carefully.
Great experience, very unique experience. Exciting to try new and innovative foods. Highly recommend for those wanting an experience and willing to try new things. The only downside was a little pricey.
