   Absolute rip off. Food was so boring, stingy portions and the igloos were broken. Spent £400 on absolute crappy food. I wouldnt even pay £20 for how disappointing the food was. ABSOLUTE RIP OFF, I regret it so much.

   Was a really nice experience! The food, staff, heating in the pod and ambience was lovely also.

   Place looks amazing but serviceand food falls very short. Minimum spend is £350 for dinner but even though we were willing to spend that between 4 ppl, they didn't allow to order extra starters, deserts or anything else. We had to reach the amount by ordering drinks we didn't want. Extremely inflexible to order, not many options and only one vegetarian option in the menu (wasn't very good). They don't have the basic cocktails, coffees or sides. You end up having to "make-do" with the limits they imposed. They got the orders wrong, brought things that were ordered for another table and it all just seemed a bit disorganised. I would not go back, but the igloo and setting was pretty

   We had the most memorable evening at the Syon House Igloos. The servers and staff member were friendly and welcoming. The food was outstanding and so delicious and the setting was beautiful. We will definitely be returning!

   A great, unique experience. The igloos were very quiet and felt private despite being clear. The service was fast and professional. The food was amazing and the portion sizes were as expected. Everyone enjoyed themselves greatly! Would recommend

   Dined at the Syon House Igloos twice and had a fab experience both times. Beautiful setting, superb food and excellent service

   Very disappointed for the money, we were rushed, the igloo was broken, the flowers completely dead and mouldy and 3 course were served within 40 minutes, I wouldn’t waste the money

   We celebrated my birthday in the Igloos at Syon House and had a lovely meal. The service was great, the food was really good and for something different we thoroughly enjoyed it.

   Originally booked an afternoon tea for 4 people. We got there only to be told that they were not serving afternoon tea at that location so I'm not sure why it allowed me to book it? Glitch on OpenTable or on the events behalf, I don't know. We then had to order off the lunch menu. Food was very average but very overpriced for what it was! Glasses had old lipstick stains all around the rim. Floor and table were filthy as if they hadn't been cleaned the whole time the Igloos had been there. Would not recommend or go again unfortunately.

    My husband and I were married at Syon House in May 2001, so this was the perfect place to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. Our party of six were very well looked after by the waiting staff and everything was beautifully presented on hot plates and the food was absolutely delicious!! We would highly recommend Syon House Igloos, especially if you’re celebrating a special birthday or anniversary.
