   The baked potatoes were very dry and wrinkled as they were baked much earlier. I had this problem a few visits ago. The fries were small broken pieces and we felt that they did not look appealing but the kids didn’t want to eat dried out broken bits. It was the end of a batch scraped together. We enjoy Swiss Chalet food but not when it feels we are eating leftovers. The chicken was fresh and delicious

   I made a reservation with open table and because Swiss Chalet had their birthday promotion they would not honour the reservation. The whole point of reservations are to be able to dine at a restaurant when you know there will be a big lineup.

   They didn't allow us to have our reservation because they said they didn't accept reservations

   Hostess did not do her job restaurant did not take reservations seriously so first glance very poor. Waitress was excellent

   This unfortunately was not our usual experience at this location. Our server was fantastic. Always positive and professional. The kitchen staff disappointed ☹️. Our appetizers we warm to touch but cold on the inside. The baked potatoes were still hard although very dry and very cool. They probably were baked slightly much earlier in the day as they did not appear fresh. We didn’t complain to our server but did tell her when she asked how the meals were. She was very apologetic. We just did not have the time to re do our meal. We will return again but I do expect a much better experience

   The waitress was outstanding, took care of us, never interrupted, came by in between the conversation to ask about the food. She made food suggestions. I found her so professional, WoW. A breath of fresh air. She even made sure my internet worked on my phone.

   Hadn’t been to Swiss Chalet in a while. Chicken was hot and tasty. Fries were a little chewy but ok. Will be back again

    Needing a quick healthy meal close to home we decided to try Swiss Chalet. The chicken was fresh, very hot, and delicious. The restaurant was very clean and our server was looking after several tables. Other members of the staff were always coming around to the tables and asking if anyone requires anything. We thought they were being very attentive . There is no fancy presentation but you get a quality meal with quality ingredients. The restaurant is child friendly and many tables were families with children. We chose baked potatoes as our side. The potato was fresh, steaming, and included in your choice of sides.
