   Service was amazing. Menu changed from my last visit. Food was great however they need to bring back the shareable lamb dish (lamb rib). The current lamb dish is good but fatty. Ambiance and value for the £ can’t be beat. Overall, amazing staff, quality of food and view at dusk and evening makes the whole experience top notch and one to be repeated

   Fabulous service. Staff allowed us to take our time and enjoy everything. Great food.

   We had the chance to meet Monica who was so helpful and kind to ensure the right table with a view for the 4 of us was available as part of our reservation! Our server was Riyas and he likewise was fabulous! He explained everything to us and gave his attention to us to ensure we had the best high tea experience since we are from the US. Thank you to all! Food, atmosphere, and Swan London employees were the best! Thank you! JS

   Love it here. Service is always good. Lovely views from the upper levels of the river and surrounding area. I have been here several times and would always recommend it. Yesterday we were a party of 10 and had an area booked just for us. We all had a great time.

   We had afternoon tea here. Some really innovative Shakespeare themed food items. Delicious food and well decorated sweet treats. The above recipe has changed since I last came, but I feel this is a better version! Impeccable service, friendly and professional.

   Food was decent but certainly overpriced. You’re really paying for the view. Not much food for the money either, we felt the portions were too small, but then we’re American, so… Took almost an hour from the time they brought our appetizers until they brought our main course. Other tables who came after us were already leaving. Would have asked sooner but it was hard to get anyone’s attention, they would avoid eye contact when passing by. When I finally asked, they said, oh, it’s just up now. We had our food less than a minute later. Guarantee it was just sitting under the hot lamp for 30 minutes and they forgot…

    Lovely room. We went for afternoon tea. 40 minutes after ordering and chasing our meal we were advised that new scones were being baked and our waiter apologised for the delay. They brought us all bubbles in compensation but the food still took another 15 minutes to arrive. The food was fine, nothing exceptional.
