Excellent ambience. Super pre-booking service at the Swan. I needed to increase the number of guests to double the initial booking - it was no problem and the service was attentive and professional. Outstanding. The Swan was an excellent place for team bonding and good chats, nice bar food, cool drinks. We will visit again.

Expensive for what you get but it was tasty. Afternoon tea was overpriced. Service was so so, depending on your server.

Best restaurant experience this year Amazing food with kind caring attentive staff We arrived early soaked because of a downpour from a concert at RFH The welcome staff at reception were lovely and showed us upstairs to the Swan Restaurant We were shown to a very nice table for 2 as the manager offered to take our wet coats and store them. A very nice touch Then the welcome lady offered us a ‘better’ table with a review view by the window So kind and frankly amazing Our server was Henry P Such a charming knowledgeable and kind man He looked after us very well Food very flavourful and Henry kept our drinks topped up Best meal and experience in a restaurant this year!! We’ll be back!!

Food was good. Portions rather small. Should have had bread with starter without extra charge. Great ambience by the river. Service is good.

Very lovely spot on the Themas for an Afternoon Tea. If visiting Shakespeare’s Globe next door, I would highly recommend a visit here too.
