We had afternoon tea on one of the hottest days of the year. The Swan was extremely hot as it has no air-conditioning and there were no fans. The windows overlooking the Thames were all wide open but made little, if any, difference. This meant we found the experience really uncomfortable. In addition, the some of cakes and clotted cream were melting. Everything tasted nice but maybe should have been brought out in stages, although I imagine the kitchen was really hot too. I'm sure it would have been lovely on a cooler day!

My husband and I had a lovely Sunday lunch at the swan. The décor and ambience was very good. Had a fantastic table looking across the Themes looking directly on ST Paul's cathedral. The service was exceptional. The drinks were good too. The lunch was nice, would say I have had better, but certainly will go again and would recommend it.

Very tasty food. Super service, discreet but attentive. Absolutely amazing views. So good to be able to take the lift up to the restaurant. Remember to stop one floor below to check in. Not all the customers felt comfortable there - not that the ultra-professional staff did anything but make them at home. Tee hee the idea with afternoon tea (table next to us) is to eat it, not just to photograph it.

We picked Sean London due to its proximity to the Globe theatre and were very happy with our choice. Service was prompt, food was delicious, and we had a great view of the Thames and London skyline.

Once we were show to our table in the upstairs restaurant it was a lovely experience. We had a gluten free and a vegetarian afternoon tea. It was really nice that there was such an effort made to ensure the GF experience was not different to the normal tea. We should have been given two separate jam and cream but we made it work so there was no cross contamination. The sandwiches were lovely. The scones so nice and warm. Smaller tea pots would have been better so we could have tried more of the teas. The service was what made the experience outstanding. Such friendly service. Thank you to Danielle.

We wanted to try this restaurant as it came highly recommended. To be honest not the best experience. The lady greeting us was quite snooty and sat us as a couple between two crowded tables. We struggled to hear each other throughout the meal because the other tables were so noisy. The food was nice but we’ve had better elsewhere so I doubt we would revisit 🤔
