   Wonderful Easter Brunch with a lot of choices. My wife and I loved it. We kept running into Kayla who runs services at the Hotel and found her to be professional and pleasant. The staff seemed to respect and love her also.

   The menu is very limited. My wife and I both orders the ribeye. The temp was perfect and the steak was very flavorful. I do wish the steak had more of a sear on it. I have the crispy potato’s and jalapeño Mac and cheese. The potato’s were flavored excellent by they were not crispy. The Mac was not flavorful I definitely would not recommend it. Overall we would come back and try the food again.

   Service was outstanding! Food was awesome. We had the queso with brisket and two hearty American burgers with fries. They were all good. It was quiet and we’re were really about to sit comfortably and enjoy our dinner at length.

   Nice quiet space for brunch. Menu has a little for everyone. Service was good and friendly.

   My friend and I enjoyed the food, no complaints (breakfast & dinner)! They are a little short-staffed, so be patient. They were very hospitable so I didn't mind the wait.

   The staff was nice and validated our parking—it’s free valet parking if you’re eating at the restaurant. Besides the makeshift dining area we were in; the ambience was nice. The menu was limited to two choices— steak for two with sides that my partner and I could not eat….. or a beet salad…. Raw fish small plate …. Another fish dish and cherries jubilee…. We did not want to eat. The steak was the only one of the choices we were willing to eat but it was unavailable. I wish it was specified that only a limited menu was being offered. The main dining area was empty— yet we were seated in what I can only assume a “makeshift” dining area. We were not the only people who got up and walked out. This is a review of my experience and not the flavor of the food.

   Food was terrible…cold. Unseasoned, and overcooked. It took awhile for the Waitress to order our food. It also took awhile for the food to come to the table. This is absolutely not an upscale restaurant.

   Service was minimal. Brunch coffee was barely warm. All of out food was cold to warm, I sent back the eggs that I had ordered over easy and they came sunny side up, the manager took them back to the kitchen and approximately 40 seconds later returned withe the exact 2 eggs turned over, I was sitting near the kitchen and watching all of this happen while the 2 guys in the kitchen and the manager where laughing . The waitress and the manager said , Sorry you were inconvenienced . I will never return to this restaurant or hotel.

    Before COVID we always went to Sustenio for Mother's Day Brunch, and other special dates. It was fantastic, with many options and quality food and effort. I thought Christmas Day would be the same as it used to be. No where close. They were understaffed, so it took a bit to get seated and order, and you could only order from the menu. The food was just ok, parts of it were great like the potatoes and sausage, but my waffle was totally hard and cold. This will probably be my last time visiting here, which is a shame because it used to be a special place with great food, now just a memory of the past.
