Restaurant cancelled OoenTable reservation on their own. When we showed up they acted as if no reservation. Also the person who was seating patrons was rude

I had a reservation for 8:00 PM but unfortunately had to wait 25 minutes to be seated. What made it worse was watching the hostess seat her friends—who had just arrived—before us. When we were finally given a table, she claimed it was a “better one,” but it was directly under an air conditioner, and we were freezing the entire time. On the positive side, the food was absolutely amazing—every dish was delicious and well-prepared. Our waiter was also fantastic: attentive, friendly, and professional. However, the overall experience was tainted by the poor handling at the front of house and the very noisy atmosphere. It's disappointing when such great food and service from the waitstaff are overshadowed by favoritism and discomfort. Would come back for the food, but management needs to seriously address the front-of-house experience.

Food was good enough but sushi portions are small. Half of our table didn’t get their entrees until almost 20 minutes after the other half. Manager ended up comping the 2 late entrees and one dessert which was the right thing to do but we likely won’t return.

Saturday night at 5:30 the place was packed. Noise level was high. We tried to order food items other than sushi which turned out to be very pleasing. We started with fried calamari, Wagyu beef tacos, duck tacos, chicken, fried rice, and vegetables. All very good!

The ambience in the front of the restaurant is great but the back is very gloomy, especially with the curtains closed! Most people probably don’t mind looking at the unfinished terrace, or if the sun is too bright, maybe sun shades would be better!

The atmosphere of the restaurant is excellent, but unfortunately, our sashimi was not fresh and we did not have a good first experience overall .
