Service was very poor. We waited half an hour just for our order to be taken, and another hour and a half for our sushi to be made. If we didn't ask, it would've never been prepared. Then, they added their own service/gratuity fee without informing us beforehand. We had to ask for everything, from water to napkins several times. We will never return nor recommend this place to anyone.

Service was slow and we had to ask for everything. They forgot my entree & to rub salt into my wound they charged me a 18% service fee since I had 11 people.

Good menu with reasobable pricing. Everything we ordered was tasty. Happy Hour pricing and menu were excellent. Aburi saba and grilled squid were really good.

Service was way below typical. Wait staff was IGNORING us as 2 more parties came. Also the staff was intentionally avoiding eye contact. It was hard to get food and hard to cash out. I had to take my card up to the host to ring up because the girls were avoiding looking over. Really awful and irritating . Service was very good in beginning, but terrible to the end . Felt lazy. First half of dinner was great but second half left a pretty poor experience. Really weird because this place is always great every time we come.

Meh. Pretty average food with below average service. The restaurant had very few patrons yet we were constantly asking for them to refill our water. And while some dishes were quite tasty, others were perplexingly bad.
