   Had an incredible experience and meal at SGO. Food and service were impeccable. Each course was handcrafted in front of us with precision and care. Service was very attentive without being overbearing. Very expensive but I would highly recommend for special occasions if you’re looking to splurge.

   We celebrated our son's 21st birthday over lunch @ Ginza. We opted for the mid-level (option B) on the pre-set menu for $150 p/p and also ordered a bottle of white wine. It was not our first time @ Ginza. Service was great and as expected, the sushi (10 nigiri + handroll) was super well executed and tasty. Bar sitting was very comfortable and specious. Not super cheap, but we felt that the food and the experience were well worth it! Highly recommended!

   A transcendent dining experience, full stop. The staff were also incredibly warm and friendly, which isn't typical of traditional Japanese restaurants. We felt welcomed. Also, impeccable Japanese whisky list.

   Sushi was amazing. Very fresh and all from Japan. Chef Kebu was kind and explained all the fish well (origin from within Japan) and type of fish. I have been to many sushi places in the city and this is definitely top 3 if not the best.
