As always, Chef Endo has exceeded expectation. The food and drinks were incredible, the service was impeccable, and all the staff were friendly. Hopefully we will return soon.

Japanese vinyl sets the mood, while subtle Austin vibes peek through—like a vintage Fender guitar & Marshall amp crowned with a SRV-esque fedora. The fish is phenomenally fresh flown in from Japan's Toyosu Market, tasting like pure ocean. Each sake was a purposeful bridge, deepening the flavors. Then, the surprise finale: Chef Endo traded his knife for that Fender, delivering soulful blues riffs solo! An unforgettable blend of transcendent omakase, perfect pairings, and pure Austin soul. Worth every penny. 5 stars!

Incredible experience at sushi endo. By far the best omakase I have tried in Austin. Chef endo is a master of his craft, and makes sure you have an experience you won’t soon forget when you visit.

Chef Endo loves what he does and it shows. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and capable. Drinks were fresh and clever, and so was the omakase. Great ingredients and excellent preparation speak for themselves. You won’t find any superfluous gold flakes or flavors that overwhelm the fish. What creative flavors though and great preparations of fish we normally would otherwise skip over on an a la carte menu. Everyone absolutely enjoyed the experience and found it one of the best in Austin, especially for the value. We’ll be back for sure!

Went here for my Gf’s Birthday and offered her a complimentary Sake! The vibes were amazing , Staff were so friendly, Talkative, and welcoming . It was a great experience and the fish was one of the best quality I’ve had in a while . $99 omakse is worth it I really appreciate the staff and Chiefs for being Great!
