Food was decent, but music is ridiculously loud. Barely could hear myself speak to my wife right next to me. Don’t order the steak. Tough as nails even when cooked to medium.

We were seated at the table we wanted and the staff was friendly and helpful. Those were really the only positives. I dare anyone to say they were able to have a conversation with their tablemates without yelling. Literally. The food just wasn't very good. The beef was so tough and gristly, the spicey beef was far from spicey and had an odd flavor. The same was true for the pork belly. We were hoping to make this our neighborhood Korean place. It won't be.

Great food and service. Come hungry.....They do a great job....They have valet parking, which takes the concern out of going there.....Now that I know that they have valet parking I definitely will be going more often. Thanks again.

Best experience! Actually enjoyed it way more than other places like this! Will be back again for sure! Service was amazing, ambiance was perfect for a family dinner and they were open late!!! Major plus!

Food was great. It was my first Korean bbq experience. Service was phenomenal and extremely attentive. Would recommend.

Sura Hawaii plays music from speakers throughout the restaurant which I love. So enjoyed the first time I dined here and the second time did not disappoint. It was my friends birthday. She enjoyed it too. If you like Korean BBQ check out SURA Hawaii
