    Unfortunately, we don’t think we will be returning. We had a wonderful experience here ten years ago, which is why we decided to come back. However, we were quite disappointed this time, both by the unclear pricing and the attitude of the woman at the front desk. Although we had reserved the $79 course online, we were told after being seated that we needed to make our selection again. This caused confusion among our party, especially those who had arrived early. The staff seemed unfamiliar with the system, and they were unable to answer our questions promptly. We were under the impression that dessert and drinks were included in the $79 course, so we were quite surprised when they were added to the bill. (Apologies if this was mentioned somewhere and we missed it.) When we inquired about this, the woman at the register responded with an even more unfriendly attitude. From that point on, there were no smiles—not during the clearing of the table, nor when we left. We were given a very half-hearted “thank you” as we exited. It was meant to be a special celebration, but unfortunately, everyone left feeling disappointed and uncomfortable.

    Barbecue food is fine. However, the deep-fried good (snack) need to be improved. Ice cream is extremely well. Offer free drink is better than offering $10 discount. Perhaps it can be restricted to 2 drinks per customer.

    The 89$ buffet was worth because I can try as much as I want. The beef Wagyu beef was juicy and soft omg I'm i love.

    This is my favourite barbecue place. The meat is fresh, all the food on the menu is delicious. Service is really great. Me and my husband think this is the best place for bbq and Japanese food in Sydney.
