   We were glad to have made reservations, as the restaurant was very busy and we understood why! Food is excellent! Service, although busy, was also very personal and quick.

   I booked a table for 9 for a birthday celebration for my daughter. The staff was so attentive and did a special song for the birthday girl too which was unexpected. Service was excellent, food was very tasty and plenty. It was my first time but won't be the last. Thank you for a great evening!

   Saturday night was a bit loud on the first floor. They seem to have a basement seating space which was much quieter in comparison. Staff was nice and helpful. They give complimentary tea which is very nice, and food was great

   We for Valentine’s Day . We had a good experience, service was excellent and food really good. They had live music and that gave a great atmosphere to the place. The only negative thing I could think about was that we had a reservation at 8:15 and still had to wait about 20 to 30 min to be seated.

   Sultan Ahmed was a new to us restaurant in the Glebe. It offers a wide range of choice in the Turkish style that we were seeking to experience. Our choice was the Sultan Ahmed Dinner Special for Two that could feed four. It's a meat lovers dinner with beef, chicken and lamb served on a heated platter with sides of bulger and rice that we really enjoyed alongside their salad with sides of flavoured yogurt. For desert, we chose their Baclava and Turkish ice cream that is considerably stiffer than dairy ice cream. Overall, the experience included great food and even better service.
