    My husband and I ate dinner at Sullivan's last night. The service was very attentive. The shrimp cocktail and oysters were very good. The filet and the NY strip were excellent and perfectly cooked and the creamed spinach was great as well. I'd have rated higher, but the bread was terrible - very dry and crumbly - bleh! Also, when our steaks arrived at our table, our server asked us to cut through the center to ensure the were to our requested temperature. Really? Maybe they've had lots of issues with this and guests complaining after they've eaten half their steak, but I would expect a steakhouse to know how to cook a steak and I could tell from pressing on it with my fork that the temp was just right. I'd prefer not to cut through the middle of my steak to confirm that to the server.

    Service was good, place looks good, food was nowhere near what it used to be. Scallops were not edible, steaks came out wrong, side wasn’t great. The price was outrageous for the quality of the food.

    Sadly Sullivan’s is not what it used to be. Our server was very good however the food was ok at best. 3 of us went to dinner, 2 meals were cold on not a busy night. Ruth Chris and Fleming’s have moved far ahead of Sullivan’s. We were greatly disappointed especially since this was my wife’s birthday dinner.

    We have unfortunately had multiple bad experiences with this location. This time was the breaking point. The food came out cold, the appetizer was out before the drinks, and then everything just went downhill from there. I ended up having to flag down a manager to get another drink, after our food had arrived. Who doesn’t come back to the table to check on their guests? One bad experience you can forgive, multiple bit experiences you just can’t forget.

    Ordered a porterhouse steak medium rare came out well done. I send it back. It was an inconvenience but I figure everyone makes mistakes so ill let them fix it and make it right. Waitress was very understanding she came back out and said it will be about "4 minutes" for your new steak. No problem. Next steak comes out and it's RAW. Not enough blue raw just plain quick sear and it was gray and enemic on the outside and raw on inside. I said you know what I'll just try a filet instead. At this point the manager comes over. He had the audacity to tell me that the steak intentionally came out undercooked so "they can bring it up to temperature". He then proceeded to say it I wanted another steak it would be an additional 15-20 minutes. I said dont bother you had ywo chances and you blew it. Its a steakhouse how hard is it to cook a proper steak medium rare?wtf??? Needless to say that was not the response I intended to here from Sullivan's. I told the manager not to borher trying a 3rd time im done here. Save your excuses for some other sucker. Very disappointing for a place where you easily spend $250+ for dinner. Sorry Sullivan's you've lost a customer. Your so called manager should take a few etiquette courses and not try to blow smoke. Shame on you

    Sullivans is fantastic as always! Never a bad meal here. Couple people said that due to new ownership that it had gone downhill. Everyone that said that was WRONG! This place is fantastic as always! Highly recommend!

    Waitress was slow to come to our table , 10 minutes. My wife’s steak was cooked very good and tasted exceptional. My salmon and the side of asparagus was very small along with the wedge salad. I expected more for the price and the level that Sullivans advertises.

    Dinner was FANTASTIC and the service was even better. We had a new server named Brittany and she made dinner fun and full of laughs.

    We were disappointed at this visit. It’s been going downhill for us for the past year. Service was terrible and very slow. We waited for water refills. We ordered the calamari and they didnt have enough thawed out so we waited 20 minutes for them to tell us we would have to wait 30 minutes for it to thaw out. Steaks were average. Not worth the extra money from going to Outback.
