Disappointing Experience – Won’t Be Back We were really looking forward to trying this place, but unfortunately, the experience missed the mark on several levels. From the moment we sat down, everything took way too long. Our waiter was pretty much MIA—we had to flag someone down just to get basic service. After we finished our entrees, we sat with empty plates in front of us for over 10 minutes. When we wanted to order dessert, surprise: still no waiter. We ended up skipping it just to avoid dragging the night out even longer. I ordered the ribeye, which wasn’t cheap, but it was really thin and underwhelming—definitely not worth the price. And worst of all, two people in our party ended up with upset stomachs the next day. Really disappointed overall. With so many great spots to eat, I don’t see us going back.

Our overall experience was exceptional. Though I'd dined here previously, it was my guests first time, and they loved it. Hunter, the server, was knowledgeable of the menu and explained everything in detail, including the mocktails. . The food was amazing with the excepetion the lobster bisque was too spicy however, it was removed from the bill. I surely look forward to returning.

Nicholas was genuinely the HIGHLIGHT of our experience. From the second we sat down, he made us feel welcome and totally taken care of. What stood out most was how effortlessly he balanced being professional with being personable. He checked in at the PERFECT times, had great energy, and even noticed a drink we were hesitant about and offered to switch it out without us even asking. The food was great, but even if it WASN'T, I would STILL come back just because of his service.

15 minutes wait for waiter to acknowledge. Nonchalantly states the chief choice and hurried off as if she could care less that I mentioned today was my birthday. 15 minutes later some brought water. 10 minutes later waiter came back to take our order and when ask where she was the last 30 minutes waiter states she was busy. The enter restaurant had less than 10 tables full and 75 % of the restaurant had empty tables. One hour after our arrival and sitting with no bread and the empty glass of water, a burnt crab cake, large chunks of potatoes with cheese baked on the top (au gratin) and salty scallops with dry hard risotto. The customer service nor the food stand up the quality of Ruth Chris, Ocean Prime, Steak 48, Morton's or Butcher & Stringer top tier Steakhouse!

What a great restaurant experience!! Took my brother to dinner to celebrate his acceptance into med school. Service and attention to detail was excellent!! His steak was melt in your mouth delicious. My sea bass was wonderful. Malik provided friendly and excellent service. They gave us a free dessert to make the celebration complete. What a great night to celebrate a great accomplishment!
