    My husband used to go to Sullivan’s in Charlotte, North Carolina, and always ranted and raved about it. I came with my daughter and it was absolutely. Will definitely come back.

    Being sensitive to salt, we found the food very salty and hard to taste the food itself. We pointed out a broken chair leg that could easily have caused someone to fall over and they never removed that chair while we were there. The atmosphere is great.

    We made a reservation for 6:30 and waited 15 mins to seated, so what was the point of our reservation? Our waiter was fine but nothing extravagant in his service. We did have drinks and got full priced entrees. Husband had a steak that was cooked too much as it was chewy rather than melting in your mouth. Our experience we would recommend another place for a fine dining for a steakhouse.

    I have been to Sullivan's many times. This was just a regular dinner with family but our waiter Jose was no where to be found all night. By the end of the night I had to tell him that we had been waiting a long time throughout the entire meal. After that he showed a bit of urgency, but too little too late. So many other restaurants in Palm Springs I'm not sure we will go back. Food was good, but when you don't get sides or sauces or asked for drinks it sours the entire experience. Too much time looking around for Jose never to be seen.

    This was our first time at Sullivan's. The food was excellent. The service was good, though a bit erratic. The servers need a little more training to work in a fine restaurant like Sullivan's. The Prix Fixe menu is an excellent value. No one should miss the Key Lime Pie for dessert!

    For the price go to Ruth’s Chris. Mediocre service, food and ambiance. Steak was lower quality.
