The food was really good to excellent. We both had the filet that was cooked medium rare just what we wanted. I had the lobster bisque as my appetizer and my wife had a Ceasar salad. She said it tasted good, but they brought it out in giant leaves that she then had to cut up before she could eat it. It took about 5-7 minutes just to cut up so she could eat it. She also said the croutons were hard as rocks. That was the only negative to a really good meal. We both had the Banana's Foster bread pudding that was really delicious. First time at Sullivan's, and other than the weird Ceasar Salad experience we really enjoyed it. We did have just a bit too much of people (more than just our server who did it a little too often) asking if everything was Ok.

Went in late afternoon. Took 20 minutes for someone to come to our table, we didn’t have a wine menu and wanted to drink wine had to wait another 10 minutes. The dining menu offered a entree special for $49, when we asked about that, it was on a separate menu and she would have to go get that. When she returned still didn’t have that menu, we told her nevermind. There were about 5 tables next to us that had not been bused. Our waitress had stains on her top. We ordered our filet medium rare, came out medium. We were 1 of two tables eating dinner at the time. Would not dine their again.

The food was wonderful. The service was completely undesirable. The general attitude and approach of the staff was rude. We left for after dinner drinks and dessert at a another place because we were uncomfortable. Having looked so forward to our holiday dinner this was incredibly disappointing especially when we spent $260 on a meal for two.

Lee was fantastic! Having never been there before, he took us through an entire experience of the menus, offered suggestions and pairings and even brought out certain steak cuts to allow us to see what we were getting. It was a perfect date night spot for when you want something new and absolutely DEVINE! We will definitely be back 🤩

This place would like to be a nice steakhouse. Their prices indicate that they believe they are, but they are ever disappointing. It was my third time to "give them another shot" their portions are small, service is terrible, staff is untrained and rude. My husband met a client at the bar this week, a bartender let out a purposeful huge disgusting burp with no restraint while the other one complained loudly about her tips. We had a one person change to our reservation last night and they acted like it was an act of congress to accommodate the change. Mediocre food, terrible service, way way way overpriced.

Celebrated my daughter’s birthday! When we arrived they made her feel extra special and a birthday card was placed for her. Our server Mr. Lee went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. He went and explained all items took his time and made us feel at home. He brought my daughter a birthday dessert and top it off with a family photo. He definitely did all he could to ensure our time was memorable. His service was impressive and impeccable. It’s hard to come across associate that truly know the meaning of “customer service”!

We waited for 10 minutes because there was no host at the hostess stand. The server read us the entire menu. The steak was over cooked. (Yes they did ask me to cut into it at the table however I did not want to have to wait for a new one so I said it was fine.) They ran out of baked potatoes. From start to finish it took over two hours to finish the meal. They also ran out of baked potatoes. On the flip side, all the food was delicious. The server was sweet. However, for the price I would not return. I’d go to Arthur’s.

The food was good, but not great. The service came in two flavors; young & inexperienced or old, worn out & saggy. I’ve been to several Ruth's Chris Steakhouse & Sullivan’s matches the ambiance & price, but the service was ok, but not $300 dinner for 2 excellent which we were expecting. My wife & I were celebrating our anniversary & they tried to make us feel special. It was nice, but not for an “ok”experience. It was disappointing & we’ll stick to the underwhelming experiences for far less $$. Or visit the Ruth's Chris in NW AR.

Had a new waitress who did excellent despite her uneasiness. She did allow a couple drips from wine bottle when pouring which took away from the nice white table cloth, but quickly adjusted and no more drips for remainder of evening. VERY pleasant service. Had several appetizers, main course (filet, lamb, long bone ribeye), all of which were very good (a little more smoky or charcoal taste would be preferred). Bread pudding could have been a little more flavorful, creme brulee was good. Ambience beautiful. Only negative is that background music was a little loud and certainly not the type of music we'd prefer (seemed like modern rock or something). However, they did turn it down a bit when I brought it to their attention. Manager came by to check on us too. We've been looking for a fine dining place ever since Arthurs changed locations (after which service, selection, and ambience went way down). Sullivan's is highly professional and will be our fine dining place of choice from here on. Total price for 6 adults (including 7 appetizers) just under $1000 (much cheaper than Arthurs would have been). Love this place.

This might be the best restaurant in Little Rock. I didn’t want to like it. It’s a pretty far drive from our house, but when arrived at our reservation time we were seated within minutes. The food is amazing and the service is a cut above everything else we’ve enjoyed here. 100% recommend.

My steak was over cooked and very bland. It was a thin slice of steak which for that cost, I’d expect more. The Brussels sprouts could have used more seasoning. The au gratin potatoes were very bland too. The mash potatoes were very delicious along with the scallions. The cheesecake was delicious also. So for the money, there are better alternatives in restaurants to choose from than this place. Loved the service and atmosphere.

6 in our party, but still surprised food from ordering to the table took close to one hour at lunch. No other diners in the dining room and one other party of 6 was set next to our table. Fortunately they were not loud as I hope we were not for them. Otherwise, food was good and our server was pleasant and helpful.

We had an amazing experience. Our waitress was new, but so sweet and lovely. She did an incredible job walking us through what I now call “The Sullivans Experience.” Food was yummy and service was great. I loved that I didn’t feel rushed and that they really took the time to make a presentation out of everything. I will definitely be back.

Went for dinner with 5 of us. Server seemed nervous and a little disorganized. He was nice though. The real problem was the food. Calamari had the texture of rubber bands. The bisque was good as well as the salads. Drinks were good. Steaks were tasteless and how a medium rare steak can be dry and a filet be tough is beyond me, but they were. They didn’t claim to be prime, but these could easily have come from Walmart. Sides were bland as well. Restaurant is lovely. Won’t bother going back. No one at the table was very impressed. I’m not kidding when I tell you Applebees could make a better meal.

They didn’t have any beef items at our 7pm reservation on Saturday. 1st thing no beef at steak house. Interesting, Del Frisco went out of business at this great local cation because of poor operation management and it looks like Sullivan’s doesn’t have effective management either. Poor quality on items (seafood) especially crab cakes. Unfortunately Little Rock, will loose out again of a great Resturant because of poor management

We have been to your Restaurant two different times and I will be honest the service was not very good and my wife was iffy on coming back but last night changed both of our opinions and our server was named James and he was just flat out AWESOME. In my opinion service can impact your meal and make great food just ok and great service with great food makes the meal even better! My steak last night was cooked to absolute perfection! And my wife had the Salmon and loved it. Thank you so much for the service and I hope James is our server everytime we come to Sullivan's
