   Service was a bit slow and didn’t get everything we requested (wine menu, lemons) . We are regulars and love the high top tables as well as the musicians and music usually really great service but last night was subpar.

   The music was good. The manager was gracious. The aged tomahawk ribeye was done right, but i ordered an aged strip. The filet was much closer to medium well than the medium rare that was ordered. The sautéed mushrooms were actually served in a thick and salty brown gravy that was a bit dominating. The after dinner espresso was served naked: no sugar cube, no lemon or orange peal, no gimmicky piece of chocolate or rock candy. The server was slow and didn't correct her mistake. We flagged down the manager who was gracious in correcting the missteps made by the entire staff.

   Got seated in main dining room at our reservation time. We were openly welcomed by staff. In fact as it was our anniversary the table was set with rose petals and virtually all the wait staff stopped by to give special wishes. Complimentary glasses of Champaign for starters. Our Waitress Dixie was very attentive and recommended the cheesesteak egg rolls, which were very tasty. We each had a cocktail, wife’s was the signature knockout, I had the smoked old fashioned. We would recommend both. Wife ordered the scallops and I ordered the ribeye steak. All was served as requested and was vey tasty. The scallops came with a side of asparagus risotto, plus we ordered a side of the asparagus and the lobster white cheddar and bacon au gratin potatoes. All was very good, hot and tasty. Desert we split a crème brûlée which was one of the better ones we have ever had. Would be definitely going to do a return visit.

   We enjoy eating in Sullivan’s bar. The food is always very good and the service is friendly but could be a little more attentive.

   The food was excellent and the service was very good. The only problem we encountered was my wife ordered oysters on the half shell from the menu and after several minutes our waiter came back and said they had a problem in the kitchen and they could not serve any oysters, they should have known this before they took our order.

   Slow service - took 20 minutes to get water at the table before drink orders. Trouble opening the wine bottle so they brought it out in a decanter rather than replace with a different bottle. One of our steaks came out cold. Food was good but the service was not up to the standard versus similar steak houses around town.

   Our family has been going to Sullivan’s for year on Special occasions , Thanksgiving, Birthdays etc…. Our last visit was this Easter/ my husband’s birthday. We arrived on time for our 2:00 reservation . Communication, our service, our food was horrible. Our waitress said the manager was gonna come over and speak with us. They never did. Unfortunately, we will never return to Sullivan’s.

    We had a lovely time. The service was outstanding. Three filets were ordered and two were excellent and the other one was good but not exactly the same quality as others . We enjoyed appetizers , sides and desserts and thought it was a good meal overall. The desserts were a bit off from expectations with a strong liquor flavor on the crème brûlée and a key lime pie that was unlike any we have eaten before. I would not order them again .
