We were one of the last reservations for Thanksgiving so quite a few items not available. Not unexpected, so our waiter had quite a few suggestions that we enjoyed.
Thanksgiving meal was not good quality. Just assembly line/cafeteria food quality. Salmon ordered was fairly over cooked. Also had our car towed from out front when six other cars were parked identically. Poor notification from the management and staff even though we were ten feet from the front desk and front door. Management and staff were not understanding or sympathetic of the issue at all. A poor quality meal in total cost well over $600 in total. Seemed like a nice place. Turned out to be a poor night and poor choice.
Overall our dining experience was wonderful. If your looking for a quiet place to dine this is not it. The noise level was brutal, however the food was top notch.
Great restaurant. Thanksgiving dinner was very good. Beautiful large window view of the city street and snow falling. I would definitely go back for Christmas or Thanksgiving.

Had a smoked Rosemary old fashion. Not the same as in the past when they actually smoked the rosemary and the glass. Also needs the orange in it. Bartender really had no idea what she was making.

Had the Business Lunch- great food and great deal. Sullivan’s is one of our favorite places in Anchorage to eat.
Table wasn't ready when we got there.Took them an extra 10-15 minutes to prep the table. Waited 25 minutes to get drinks. After that though, food came out quickely and our server (Issac) was very nice. Steaks could have been better for the price.
Food and service were excellent
We discussed restaurants we hate going to where we spent some money and left feeling sad, still hungry, poorer, and unsatisfied. This was not felt at Sullivan’s. Our server, Juan, was great and Ashah made sure everything was to our liking. Couldn’t be happier.
Sebastian our server was great. He’s been our server a few times now and we enjoy dining at Sulivans when he is our server. Food was great too.

Great food! New to waiting tables server, but he did a good job. If he didn’t know the answer he was not afraid to ask questions and bring us the answer.
Filets were cooked right and were tasty.
Our big issue was quality of service.
For a $55++ steak house (in Alaska) I expected full white-table cloth service.
Instead we got inattentive server, missing condiments, no water service, and poor hospitality skills/attitude. Not up to snuff!
They were very busy short staff tuna came out burnt and by time bought new one all sides had been eaten we were hungry. Manager and staff kind but reflection of crisis all restaurant facing now. We sat bar area because we couldn’t get seated when we came in. Shirt staff. Very pleasant people Jasmin manager etc.

The dining room was packed so we opted to eat in the bar where we could sit away from others. Service was lousy and all that needed to be done was to have our beverages delivered within a decent time frame. They sat on the bar for at least 15 minutes after a half hour wait for service in a non busy bar with plenty of staff milling about. A drink and our table conversation is all we needed. The table next to us was seated 20 minutes after us and had drinks and soup finished before our appetizer order arrived.
Sullivan’s looks like an old school steakhouse, and delivers on that promise. Everything I was looking for was there. Large, comfortable dining room, an excellent wine list and interesting craft cocktails. The pork belly appetizer was extraordinary, and the steaks were cooked to perfection- seasoned properly, and paired beautifully with the sauce.
Our server Sophia was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive.

When we were seated at our table, the server, who I believe was Josh, asked if we wanted something to drink other than water. I requested the wine list and his reply was to download the menu on our phones. I didn’t have my phone so we all had to share one phone to look at the menu. I felt that this situation was a bit irritating as we had my mother in law with us who is 83 years old and she would not have known how to download the menu. I tried to ask about a pinot Grigio but was told by the server they were out of pinot.. This restaurant-has a huge wine cellar but had no pinot Grigio! I asked about Pinot Grigio by the glass and he said he thought they were out of that as well and made sure to mention as well that there wine list was extensive and did not have it memorized. He didn’t offer to go find out or to ask someone and left our table. At this point I was not happy. I asked to see the manager. She came to the table and I told her the situation. She went to the bar and brought out a bottle of pinot grigio! She sat it on our table and said our server would open it. The server hadn’t come back to the table for at least 10 minutes. When he arrived he said, oh a bottle if pinot! Why didn’t she open it for you! It took him literally 10 minutes to open our wine! We ordered our dinner and sat there waiting for at least 45 minutes if not longer while watching everyone around us receiving their dinners. My husband ordered the sea bass and it was cold and rubbery. His creamed spinach was ice cold. We sent back the spinach with a different server and asked a different server for extra bernaise sauce. The inly time Josh came to the table was when we received our steaks and wanted us to cut into them to make sure they were cooked properly. At that time we tried ordering another bottle of wine and bread. We never got our bread in the first place with our salads. After another 45 minutes we were told they had no more wine! I t was a horrible experience! I will never go back!
Everything was amazing.. the food is delicious the only think is be patient with the drinks.
Restaurant not busy with inside dining. Seemed to be doing a lot of take out/door dash business. Service was very slow and drinks not refilled.

If you want to destroy your lunch or dinner you have to go to this restaurant. We waited for our order for 53 minutes and were already going to leave without having lunch. The waitress was welcoming, but that didn't make any difference. The food was barely warm, but we no longer had any desire to ask to heat the food because we were very hungry after a long wait. We will never return to this restaurant again. The service is just awful!

Food was good as usual. I have food allergies, and Sullivan's does a great job making sure my order is perfect, and not acting like I'm a bother.

Overall the value of the meal was a little expensive, the food and service was above average.
So nice to see Sullivan’s bouncing back after COVID issues(short staffed, limited menu, etc). The service and food were fantastic and the ambiance is always good. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and the desserts were divine. Can’t wait til our next visit.

Service was very bad for ordered appetizer and had to ask where it was 3 times the time it arrived it was not cooked had to return to have it properly prepared. Did not get satisfied faction from General manager. Also the item arrived after the main meal had arrived
