My girls loved it so much! Our waitress Kai was amazing! We will definitely be back. Loved the atmosphere and the food and drinks.

Good experience took kids for high school graduation. Extensive menu. Slow service and took a while for food to get to table. Speciality drinks were outstanding . Hamburger was great with onion rings. I did not appreciate the auto matic service charge knowing that full amount doesn’t go to table staff

Made birthday reservation, it was empty hostess only person we saw and waited over an hour for food and longer for a milkshakes way too overpriced for quality of food and service! Nobody even said happy birthday I wasted money should have went somewhere else

We made a reservation for Friday night at 5 pm, on Memorial Day weekend. We were seated in the outdoor area on the riverwalk. There were 2 other parties, one table only ordered drinks. The other table had already received their drinks and appetizers (when their food came out the hamburgers were not well done as they had ordered them). We waited for 45 min before our server came to our table to take our order, we had went up to the hostess area where the manager assured us that the server was coming. When the server finally came, she took our order. Another 30 min went by, and then she came back and asked what our order was…. again. More time went by, we were about to get up and leave when the food came to the table. The onion rings we ordered came out first, they were blah. The food was just ok, we had the rainbow sliders, without cheese - which was described in the menu. The sliders turned our teeth blue. The peanut butter shake with the chocolate brownie cake topper was good, only good thing about the visit. By the amount of time it had taken for us to get our food we were not even really hungry anymore. The manager came to our table, told us a personal story about just moving here from Las Vegas, where he worked at another Sugar Factory, why we needed to know this I’m not sure. Anyway, he ended up taking off the shake on our ticket. With how disastrous the entire meal was, it should have been free. The manager told us several times that they were really busy, well obviously, it was a holiday weekend. Why were they not prepared for that, plus the fact the restaurant was hardly busy. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant period.

We came here with 12 people to celebrate a special occasion we had a reservation. It was not a good experience. They had the doors wide open when it was 100° outside. It was so hot inside and the music was so loud. I asked to turn the music down and close the doors, but they would not do it. Service was so slow and not very attentive. The restaurant is fun. The food is good but it’s not worth the atmosphere.

Very hot like there is no air. Birds flyes and flies are a turn off and staff not does bare minimum because tip is already included

We had such a great time at the Sugar Factory Downtown! The atmosphere was vibrant and full of energy — perfect for a fun night out. Our server, Kaitlyn, was absolutely amazing. She was so sweet and took the time to explain everything to us since it was our first visit. The drinks and food were both delicious — definitely lived up to the hype! We also had the pleasure of meeting Dan, the new GM from Vegas. He was super cool and took the time to chat with my husband and me, which really made us feel welcomed and appreciated. Overall, it was a perfect date night. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The ambience and outdoor seating were beautiful and the food was good, but the desserts stole the show. Unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. Our waitress seemed uninterested, took my order , turned and walked away and didn’t take my guest’s order until prompted, and never checked in throughout the meal. For a table ordering multiple courses, the lack of attention was surprising. It’s a shame, especially when a tip is already included, seemingly to remove any incentive for good service. Not sure will be returning anytime soon.
