Tonight service wasn’t the same from the past. They were fully booked every table occupied and service was extremely slow, not much attention on drink refills or removing used plates from appetizers. Suck that the radio wasn’t working half the time and it was complete silence while eating. The women’s restroom was closed and had a person sitting back there directing and checking the men’s restroom after each person…such a BIG inconvenience…don’t need a babysitter to go into a bathroom, but hey job security I guess.
Not sure if Saturday night was busy, but it was really disorganized and dirty today which is a Sunday afternoon. . We have been to other Sugar factories in Miami and NYC. This location was disappointing.
My family and I had a great time. The service was great and so was the food and drinks. It was a very fun highly energetic atmosphere
Have been in the past and had a great time. Loud music and celebration atmosphere. However this visit was not as expected
The waitress said it was do to remodeling which I wish I would have known because I may have chosen a different place for my nieces 30 bday celebration. The prices weren’t less even though the service and atmosphere was less
for the publicity that they give the service was terrible and the drinks were bad
My son birthday and it was amazing
While I do enjoy The Sugar Factory, this experience was somewhat different from the rest. It was not as enjoyable…our waiter was not as attentive, one of my friends didn’t get her milkshake and it was her first time visiting there, only one bathroom was working, and the restaurant is wasn’t very clean.
The service was bad, no silverware and one working bathroom for everyone to share. Literally the only good thing was the picture I got holding my $40 drink.
Slow service. Bathroom didn’t work. AC wasn’t cold. Milkshakes were great. Our waitress was very nice and attentive and totally nothing that was her fault.
This was my 2nd time going to the Sugar Factory and I will not be back. This was a waste of $400.00. The bathroom was a mess and smelled like an outhouse. There was trash all over the bathroom floor. Had to still wait with a reservation. There were so many flies on flew into my daughter's milkshake. No lids for the drinks. I got the filet, the meat was tough and I swear it was not a filet. The sides tasted like a microwave dinner. We also ordered the surf and Turf. The meat was good again the sides not so much. Last time my great beans had Almonds, this time it did not. My daughter ordered chicken and Waffles. Last time she had whole pieces of chicken this time she received a Waffles with wing dings on top. The chicken was not even seasoned. The popcorn shrimp, onion rings and chicken was decent. It was my birthday do I ordered dessert. I could not believe that they charge $5.00 for the sparkler. The waitress was nice. My 1st experience I would have recommended. After this one I would not recommend. The food cost to much to taste like a TV dinner and to have a disgusting bathroom. All the food that cost the most was not worth the cost.
Yoqub made our first experience amazing. Great drinks and food. Outstanding service
They were out of several menu items when I went. They also ran out of to go containers, our food had to wrapped in foil. Overall pretty good.
The experience was ok. Had horrible waiter service. Food was great
It was our 1st time there and we were celebrating my daughter's 13 birthday. 1st impression was not what I expected, just plain nothing exciting. Our waiter was okay, we had to wait a while for certain things but overall he was very pleasant. The food was great EXCEPT the birthday cheesecake my daughter requested and the song. We couldn't hear the song at all and she got a slice that looked as if it was purchased from your local bakery with pieces of strawberry cut for a 3 year old to eat and I paid $12 plus $5 for the candle...we won't do that again but we may give it another visit
My wife enjoyed her experience. Make sure you have a reservation, it's impossible to get in without one.
We had a reservation yet we had to wait another 20 minutes to be seated. Hostess area was unorganized and poorly identified. As customers walk up outside there is also a stand outside that no employee was at. Several customers stood there for a while before going around to enter indoor to find the main hostess stand. Sound system was not working. We found the restaurant to be grimy and dirty even though it was just past breakfast. Our server was so nice and apologized for the sound system not working as well as menu items that were not available. Kitchen was very busy, but the food came out slow. We waiting about 20 minutes for our milkshakes and 30 minutes for the food. My son's chicken and waffles was ok. The chicken was very tasty, the waffles were cold. My daughter enjoyed her sliders and loved the presentation. I had the sesame chicken salad. I found it to be pretty sweet and ok. Overall we would not go back. It was too expensive and I could not bring myself to spend 40.00 on a cocktail that did not include a take home glass. Far too expensive. We should have gone to Cheesecake Factory for chain restaurant food.
I’ve been there before but the rest of my party has never been and everyone had a great time honestly and I never had a bad time there and definitely would keep going.
Birthday experience was great! Loved the interaction with the staff dancing!!
It was my birthday and our waiter forgot to put the sparkler on our dessert so we had to pay for another bowl of ice cream that we didn’t even eat. We went just for drinks and desserts and it took way to long for our server to take our order and most of the drinks they didn’t have. Not sure if we will be back.
Kids summer party
It took an hour for us to get our food. The power went out twice. It was so loud I couldn't even hear the person next to me. Overall it wasn't a great experience, and definitely not worth the money that was spent.
Unfortunately the location is going through some remodeling and we didn’t have the best experience. The music wasn’t playing for most of the time we were there, they didn’t have some of the items on the menu and it just didn’t have the fun feel we were looking forward to!
The food was terrible, there was hair in my daughter's 20 dollar milkshake. They didn't even offer to make her a new one. The restaurant was dirty and the bathroom was disgusting. We will never be back
Visiting from Savannah & first time visiting the sugar factory. Everything was great from the staff to the food. Definitely will be returning.Great Energy☺️
The food is just ok. They were out of a ton of stuff, so we were very limited. There is no kids menu, so ordering for a kid can get expensive. The desserts were good, but nothing so special that you can’t get them somewhere else. I thought with all the hype this place would be amazing. Unfortunately it was just ok. The noise level is very very loud. We didn’t mind that, because it was a fun atmosphere. When it’s someone’s birthday they play contemporary music very lousy and all the servers clap and dance, which is very fun. The decor definitely needs more. It’s very plain inside besides a rose wall here or there.
Terrible. Over-rated, over-priced & under delivered on the hype.
Well done burger served med-rare. Dirty drinking cups.
The Orlando location is super ghetto. Floor super slippery, be careful if you wear heels. Looks like this location is being remodeled??? The shop was not an attractive shop as you see at other locations. The food is not worth the prices but shakes and drinks are delicious. It’s fun to go to celebrate an occasion like a birthday. My experience was not great as I was sat in the back next to the bathroom. I asked to be moved but they wouldn’t.
Wonderful I’ll be back I’m came from Jacksonville fl
I really enjoyed celebrating my 30th birthday here
Not extraordinary as I expected. Candy shops are better in a mall. Food is basic & over priced. Small, crowded seating. No ambiance. Everything was a mess: bathrooms, counters, slick floors, etc. Not worth it in my opinion.
Great special occasion type restaurant. Fun atmosphere. Unique menu.
it was awesome. the environment is fun! our waiter seemed to forget about us quite a bit though
We would only go for a birthday. It was SO loud with everyone having birthdays and the loud club like music. My 8yo loved it. There is no kids menu and they were out of many items, including the rainbow sliders which of course was the one thing we wanted, but I understand they will be remodeling soon so maybe that is why. My 8yo daughter got the penne marinara for $16 and had about 6 bites. Everything was very expensive. I doubt we will be back but it was fun for a one time thing, and I feel lucky I didn’t leave with a headache.
Isn’t a family friend place. Food & drinks are way overpriced.. took forever to get just milk shakes. We will not be returning.
Terrible experience, bad good and awful drinks. Out of most everything! My meal was incorrect 3 times.
Service was awful. Food slow to come out. All the lights were turned off. Place was dirty and unpleasant. Over priced.
I loved the whole sugar factory experience. Me and my family were very entertained!! We will definitely be back.
Horrible 1st experience first off the AC was blown wish they would have mentioned that when calling in. Also everything came out melted like covered the table in ice cream melted the server was awful took forever to get our melted desserts and then forever for her to check on us to send them all back when telling her a manager didn’t even come out and apologize especially being our first time. I was shocked by how filthy the place was and soooooo extremely loud . Will NEVER go back under any circumstances ever !
This was our first visit to Sugar Factory. It did not disappoint. Our reservation was at 7 and we were seated about 7:10. Our waitress was so helpful and allowed us the time to look over the menu. It was loud in there but that's what gave it the vibe we were looking for. The way the staff involved the entire restaurant in presenting birthday desserts for those celebrating birthdays was everything. I recommend this place to everyone!!
Wonderful service, food, drinks, and overall service. Perfect
