The music was too loud. We couldn’t hear ourselves at the table. The bathroom was too small for the capacity the restaurant holds. The lights kept getting turned off every 5 minutes. The menu print is way too small. Me and my family did not enjoy our experience and will not be coming back.

Awesome Time per usual! Waited 20 mins for fire alarm to go off so yeah that was a different treat of a noise level.

1. No brewed iced tea, unable to order a burger without blue cheese, ham omelette arrived without ham 2. Half our parties food arrived 10 minutes before the rest. No employees acknowledged the delay or mishaps, which made it even worse 3. Prices are insanely high considering portions are normal and food isn’t good We were there celebrating a birthday and the birthday girl cried half way through our visit because it was so frustrating and unenjoyable

Unfortunately they gave me the wrong dressing for my salmon salad and they had to remake it (it did not taste good with the dressing they gave me by mistake). When it did finally come back out the salmon was undercooked, there was no avocado, and the portion was considerably smaller. However, the manager was great and took the meal off our bill and was very apologetic.

The food was HORRIBLE. Not worth the money at all. I will not be returning to any of their locations. This was my first time going to this restaurant. My husband and I took my 3 year old for her birthday. The experience was terrible. The food was terrible. I got the Chicken and Waffle. The chicken was good but the waffle wasn’t edible, even after them bringing me a 2nd one because I couldn’t cut through the first one. The drink we got was MID, there was only one bathroom stall. There was no soap in the bathroom to wash my hands. They charge $15 for the staff to sing Happy Birthday. 10/10 DONT RECOMMEND. TRASH!

Terrible experience. Drinks have no alcohol in them. The food was not good both for quality or taste. Music so loud you can’t talk. Same 5 songs on loop. Not even good. And way too expensive.

Floors are so filthy it feels like a slip and slide. Mediocre food. My $52 drink came out as something complete different. One milkshake came out wrong also and one forgotten altogether. If you like loud, dirty, overpriced food…definitely visit the Orlando location. Tampa was a great experience which is why I was eager to take my son while we were in Orlando. Very disappointed!
