   I am very disappointed with the experience and the resolution that Brian at this Sugar Factory did to resolve all the issues! The menu online was not correct as says has fish and chips and seemed like waffles were available all day and that is not the case. We walked in and had a reservation for 7, we were not told how to know when we would be seated. I had to ask what do be done to sit and then they advised me that would call my name. About 15 minutes later she came up and said do you have a party of 10 I said no 7 and this lady tried to put us at a table of 6. Talked to Brian and he moved us to a table that didn’t have a waitress so we had Karen I think she was that took just a few of our drink orders. Then we had Kara. I wanted to leave after the drinks were ordered and Brian said he would take care of us. That didn’t happen, asked for a sweet drink they advised all on many are. I and got a sour margarita so they were incorrect. Then ordered onion rings on menu, no sauce when came out and not advised of this. They don’t know what goes in old fashioned had to ask manager so he had made. Then talked to manager and apparently the waitress Kara was advised as she came out asked for constructive criticism and when we attempted to provide she came at us saying that she came in the middle of the meal! I do not feel like a couple drinks is in the middle of the meal. Now what did they do to solve all this? Just removed onion rings from one of our checks and did nothing else. I would like to speak to someone over Brian as I do not believe this resolved anything. Asked for refills and never got them until a girl manager came over and asked if needed anything. Never asked if wanted another drink after finished ours water or otherwise. Also Kara asked if we wanted the birthday celebration and did not advise if the $5 cost until we asked and we declined! So very disappointed and I’m hoping that something more can be done to address as I for sure do not believe a $20 tip.

   The experience was great except for a loud "Karen" yelling at my server for something she didn't do. How are you going to choose your own drink and then yell at the server for your decision. All this "Karen" wanted was to get something free. Food was good. Birria was awesome. Server was attentive after that situation. Would recommend.

   AWFUL service & food….also very overpriced . The server also didn’t make us aware that the gratuity was already added on the bill not shown on the handheld billing device when questioned she came clean-with an attitude - NEVER AGAIN

   Took around 20 min for any server to come to table even after manager asked if anyone had been there. Server we had did do a good job, he jumped in for whoever missed us. Drinks very overpriced but can’t beat the free in for Mother’s Day. Food was average, nothing spectacular but you’re here for the experience.

   Wonderful experience. Food and service was amazing. Coat wise it is on the higher side but overall satisfactory.

   We had a wonderful experience for our daughters birthday! Monique was such a delight! She was attentive, kind, sweet, accommodating, understanding, everything you want in a server! She made our time at the sugar factory a blast!!

   We went for my daughter’s birthday. It was beyond loud. The menu showed like $18 drinks and they charged almost $50 per drink (virgin and not). The drinks were gross. The food was mediocre at best. The service was slow. They got it wrong. They charge extra for a picture. My bill for me (a single mom) and 3 children was $350. Never going back.
