Sugar Factory Orlando
Book your next event with us
it was my birthday and my friends and i enjoyed ourselves very much
Pretty overpriced for what you get drinks weren’t too bad.
First time visiting and it was great. It was my bday on 10/12 and I was lucky enough to book a reservation that same day. Food wasn’t bad either. I didn’t try any desserts this time around but enjoyed seeing everyone else get there’s.
It looks like a fun place to work.
The music is so loud you an not talk across the table without yelling.
First time at the Sugar Factory decided to go late afternoon to celebrate our 38th wedding Anniversary. Got our table just a few minutes before our scheduled time, the waitress was ok. Service was very slow, food came out in different intervals and we had to wait for the second set of utensils. Bathroom could use some cleaning and spot checks (that is my first impression) . I would go again but not anytime soon don't know if the place is getting over being fairly new.
The whole experience was awesome. My only negative thing about it was trying to have a conversation with someone when there is constantly a Birthday happening. The music tends to be a pitch too loud.
Water glasses were dirty, restaurant was freezing, and the food was just ok. We were there at 4:00 on a Thursday afternoon and the service was terrible. There were only a handful of tables sat and our server didn’t seem too interested in serving us. Drinks were constantly empty, and the food came out room temp. Took way too long for extra napkins and refills. The desserts were fantastic, tho. Not sure we would go back. Prices are high for the service/quality we received.
Your pictures do not show what that place really looks like. My friend and I felt like we just walked into a strip club!
I arrived 10 mins before my reservation time and was seated promptly with my 2 children to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and 35mins went pass as 2 different servers serviced the only other family that dined in. After waiting so long to be approached at our table we politely left. Guess we were unwanted.
My husband and I went to Sugar Factory Orlando with high expectations, and while my food came out correct and delicious.. his did not. It was loud in the restaurant, but the server confirmed with my husband that he wanted a cheeseburger plain with bacon added to it. His burger was brought out by a food runner with lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions and no bacon. While we both understand that mistakes happen, it was nearly 10 minutes until the server stopped by to check on us. My husband had been waiting patiently and requested a new top of a bun and a slice of cheese. I gave him the bacon off my burger. What was bad is that the server did not realize anything was wrong with his burger regardless of all the toppings pulled off the top and thrown on his plate. After the server said no problem he will get a new bun and piece of cheese, it took 5 more minutes before that came out. Fast forward to the milkshakes. He ordered a chocolate milkshake and I ordered one of the specialty milkshakes. With only 2 people in our party, I have trouble understanding how hard it is to bring the milkshakes out at the same time. With a large party, I can understand that they may not all get done at the same time. My husband received his milkshake and had finished it before mine arrived. While I thought my food was good, we will never spend $65 + a tip on burgers, fries and a milkshake again. Better service can be achieved at restaurants costing a third of the price and the food comes out correctly.
Food was good. Overpriced, but good. WAY too noisy. Great for large parties of young kids. Not so much for parents and grandparents. Only two stalls in both, men’s and women’s bathrooms. Not ideal for a restaurant with around 150 kids.
It was my son’s 8th birthday. We had been there once before. We had a 5 o’clock reservation but we still had to wait almost 30 minutes to be seated for a party of seven. Once seated the service was fine. I ordered only a salad which came out very soggy like it had been sitting while the rest of the food was being prepared. We did the birthday celebration which my son loved. Overall it was a fun experience but the food was not as good as the last time. Not sure if we will go back or not.
The bursts of loud music was frequent and noisy. Although there were several birthdays being separated, the random bursts of loud music were too frequent and too loud. Service from Bellagio was amazing, price of food and drinks were a little pricey as to their level of quality
The process of trying to let the hostess know I was there for my reservation was a but confusing. There seem to be alot going on at the check in area. The waitress was super awesome and friendly.
Great experience very lively staff and energetic no matter how many times they have to dance for a birthday. Actually seem like they live their job
The sugar factory is an awesome experience especially for birthdays and bachelorette parties.
We went for my daughter's 11th birthday dinner and it was amazing. Our server and all the staff were amazing and made her feel extra special.
The food was a disappointment. There was nothing noticeably different than if I ate at the local Applebee's. The drinks, aside from being grossly overpriced, were okay. We went for our sons 22nd birthday expecting a memorable experience. We won't go back.
Everyone enjoyed their choices!!! Great experience
Can’t wait to return
Kids were so excited about trying this place, so we did. Fortunately we only got dessert and not a full meal. First of all, my coffee was so bad, I couldn't drink it. I'm talking "spit it out- so gross" bad.
The shake the kids got to share ($20) looked really cute. Fun and fancy. There was a cupcake on the side and a full cookie, and some pieces of cookie on the glass somehow attached to. The glass. Everything but the actual shake was inedible.
So this was a quick trip.
It also seemed sticky and not so clean inside (and we were there around lunch).
Really expensive and not good. If your kids have their hearts set on it, my advice is to limit the experience to dessert.
It took 25 minutes for someone to attend our table! The worst service I have ever experienced!
Would recommend to a friend for birthdays because the energy is great. However it IS loud and super busy so server may not be attentive.
Wonderful energetic experience. Very entertaining. Good place to go for a family environment AFTER a quiet dinner. Terribly over priced. It's just ice cream!!
Worst experience I ever had at a restaurant. I went there for a date with my boyfriend. The table we sat at was extremely dirty. We were only given one silverware set. We were going to have drinks and dinner there. We ordered a drink to share and it was so sugary we thought we would get diabetes from it. We left and went to another restaurant for dinner.
When I arrived my reservation was not ready. I had to wait. Our waitress was not attentive. We never recurved silverware or napkins. When our appetizer came out she gave us napkins to eat over instead of plates. She never refilled our water cups and she didn’t clear off the table. When our food came out the burgers were burnt and had no flavor. The fries were cold and soggy. The drinks were good but expensive. The dessert was pretty lame for the price. It was definitely not worth 15$.
Our food was horrible we sent it back a few times and it still came out cold on top of that our drinks was watered down and for the price it wasnt worth it. Our waiter didn't even give up utensils we had to ask for them and he was no where to be found I would not visit this establishment ever again
Sound for birthdays is WAY TOO LOUD. Food was meh, soup was sludge, too thick for soup. Ice cream, coffee, hot chocolate was great. Maybe try real whipped cream instead of fake whipped cream. I understand real whipped cream melts oh, and fake whipped cream stays firm, but there's a big difference in taste. Our server did forget to bring my daughter her hot chocolate, but was very apologetic and gracious when we reminded him. Prices are a bit outlandish, as I would not spend 26 or $36 for one of those drinks in a goblet. That's just insane. It was very odd that on a Sunday at 11:30 a m that they were out of eggs and bacon for their brunch.
When there for my daughter 18th birthday and she loved it great environment and people.
We had an Amazing time at the Sugar Factory. This drink was everything.
THE FOOD WAS GREAT THE SERVICE WAS GREAT WE CAME FOR MY MOM BIRTHDAY AND OUR WAITER MADE SURE SHE CELEBRATED THE RIGGHT WAY..THANKS‼️
I truly enjoyed the atmosphere.
Terrible atmosphere....beyond loud, messy dining area, less than attentive server, food (appetizers) just okay, everything extremely over-priced. Expected a much nicer atmosphere.....loud and trashy dining area....glorified fast food restaurant. Will NEVER go back or recommend to anyone.
We went early for a brief snack and drink. Drink was amazing, and the rainbow sliders were off the chain.
Great place for dessert but do not recommend for dinner. Service was slow and food was mediocre.
Such a fun atmosphere, love the energy that is there. Drinks are expensive but so cool and good. Sugar overload!!
Burgers out this world
Milk shake big enough to share
Amazing place! My daughter’s 18th birthday was a blast. The staff was amazing and attentive. Special requests were taken into consideration. The food was actually good and there were so many celebrations around and everyone looked to be having a great time. The drinks and milkshakes were phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone for any event.
I always enjoy dining at Sugar Factory. Great food, great staff and great atmosphere.
