    I wish I would have read the reviews before going to this place ! It was dirty, the place is in dire need of a renovation, the sugar store has candy filled with ants and it has hardly any candy. It’s not worth the ridiculous pricing at all. Don’t go here ! Go anywhere but here…. Waste of $250 for a lunch with 3 children !

    The waiter was great .. food was good definitely overpriced compared to other locations I’ve been to .. it wasn’t very clean I counted like 20 dirty tables from when we walked in.. nobody was cleaning them off but employees were standing around .. employees had their children there .. it was very weird vibe .. I do not recommend

    The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant! I made the reservations for the sugar factory a week in advance for my birthday. My family had never ate there and I had at the sugar factory in Jacksonville which is WONDERFUL! THIS Sugar factory in Orlando was AWFUL!!!!! The restaurant was out of ANY sodas. The only regular drinks they had were tea, water, and lemonade (which was water with a squeeze of a lemon). The whole restaurant was so unorganized and there were multiple liquors that they didn’t even have. All the employees seemed so scatter-brained. Theres obviously poor management because in all of my 28 years I have never experienced such poor dinning. I was embarrassed by my family that I even recommended eating at the sugar factory. Not to mention my mother in law and cousin were drenched by the time we left due to a leak in the ceiling/AC vent. Very unprofessional and a disappointment for everyone. 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

    Seating was horrible, food was cold, our food was just sitting on a tray and not served to us until a random person walked by and asked if it was our food and gave it to us

    The food was good. The drinks were a bit expensive. We did get overlooked initially for about 15 minutes. But a young guy served our table although it was not his area. His customer service was excellent

    Drinks were not made with right mixer was hard to Drink our waitress was bar tending table not kept clean . Cappuccino was smaller than advertised. Food was ok we had loaded fries and the spinach dip was delicious !! Mac and cheese balls dry .

    Terrible experience. I made a reservation for 8pm and we waited 45 minutes until we decided to leave as my son was too hungry. I never even got a text saying our table was ready. Avoid this location!

    Awful. We have a 6:30 reservation and after 1 hour we just asked to sit outside because nothing was available inside. The manager Brian said that there was nothing he could do. He was useless. They obviously do not know how to manage nights that are busy because he said he still had a 6:00 reservation waiting. The was OK…nothing worth the money. We will Not be going back anytime soon. Sad because it was my daughter’s birthday.
