This was my second time coming to this location and it wasn’t bad but for the price it was not worth it. The first time it was much better we had the donut burger which they don’t serve anymore. The shake i order was the same from the first time, i had the one that comes with cheesecake but switched the vanilla shake tu nutella, and it was a disappointment compared to the first time i went, the amount of nutella put on the shake was mediocre (stake and shake puts more nutella than this) and it’s supposed to come with cheesecake pieces inside the shake and they didn’t even put that (mind you, this is a $20 shake). Music was loud but you know that coming in so that doesn’t bother me, but please clean the place up, even the air vents look like they haven’t been cleaned since the place open. Not planning to go back, I didn’t mind the price the first time cause the shake and the burger were worth it but when you spend $18-$20 on each item i think you should get a better effort by the people preparing it.
Lots of loud music, birthdays being celebrated. Food was ok...its best to go for dessert only. Service was great. I had to yell across the table to speak with my guest.
$95 for 2 hamburgers, sliders, and a milkshake. Kids liked the milkshake. Food was bad. Service was bad. Most front of house employees look like they slept in their uniform.
Also incredibly loud/noisy music. Which gets twice as loud for someones birthday thing. And there were 10 birthdays while we were there.
The restaurant was dirty- bathrooms were downright nasty! Food was ok but pricey. And it was a club like atmosphere.
Birthday dinner was great birthday dance was the best part it was lit
Food wasn’t what I expected to be. We didn’t eat our food at all
3 visits now, 3 positive experiences. Food was great. Services was great. Energy was fantastic, even with COVID precautions in place!
Came here for our 18 year old’s birthday. Seated promptly and server was wonderful. The desserts have too much cool whip put in them or on them, barely any ice cream, it was mainly cool whip. Other than that, we really thought it was good.
Thank you
End of semester celebration!
The food didn’t come out together, the food was cold. This was unacceptable for the amount we paid plus they took a tip out of check. The waitress was nice, I don’t mind the tip. But the fact that our food was brought out at different times and it was cold is unacceptable.
Anthony way OMazing!!! Thank you again!!
We went to celebrate my brother’s birthday. He had a great time!!!
Literally loved it. came for my birthday was amazing
Great environment. Loud and the staff were so enthusiastic. Drinks were worth their prices. Food was presented beautifully and delicious.
Our server seemed withdrawn and her customer service was poor.
Wouldn't recommended for food, flavor not there, appetizers small quantity,, we ordered the calamari and they were shrunk down to the smallest to I ever seen. The experience of seeing the smoke while drinking was great, taste was good.
It was a great time!!
If I could give this place a 10 I would. What a great experience. Clean, fun and some of the best service we ever had. We have been to other sugar factory’s and this by far was the best one. Our server Kate was really attentive and sweet. She helped us pick out drinks and they were delicious and the food was great. We celebrated are cousins birthday. They never been to sugar factory before. The staff came out with the dessert with candles and played the song we picked. It was so much fun. Thank you for a wonderful time. We can not wait to come back.
Love the drinks! I will def come back if in ever in Florida again:)
This restaurant was extremely dirty. Food and trash all over everywhere, the booths ripped. I guess this place use to be all the hype and I was so excited to try it, and the large fishbowl smoking drinks were 100% awesome, but the place it’s self was not it, desperately needs a huge upgrade!
We ordered the wings and chicken sandwich. Both were cold and the fries were so cold they were nasty. The “special “ drinks are way too over priced! The only good thing about the place is dessert and the music for the celebrating party
Te sliders are great, the salads and the sandwiches too, also desserts but for me the best was the service, Conrad is super nice and I really enjoyed all of his recommendations. Great job!
Drinks are so overpriced- buyer beware. Son got $26 non alcoholic drink and it was nasty- told server and she just took it away (still charged us)
Do recommend milkshake!
It’s so freezing in there!
Overall glad we tried, way overpriced. Awful service- server annoyed we were there it felt like.
Overall it was good..we had over the amount of people on our reservation, I feel like they didn’t do enough to accommodate us as there were empty tables all around that we could have used.
I really enjoyed celebrating my 50th Birthday there. Watching the people and listening to the music. By far this was the best experience at this one I have ever imagined. Nothing needs to change. More space maybe.
I'm a Travel Advisor and I will highly recommend this place for my clients when booking them for anything in Orlando!
Not my first trip here. Brought my adult daughters & friend for a fun dinner. Waiter dumped water by accident on the friend right after we sat down. We were sitting closest to the door on a cool night, so not ideal but an accident. Energy was fun. Food was not great, cold fries with our burgers. We had fun because we like to have fun, but not our best experience.
I’m not sure how this restaurant is at various times throughout the week, but when we went on a Sunday night it was so loud and crowded they we couldn’t even hear each other talk. Every time they brought out someone’s birthday sundae they played such loud music that it was shocking. If you want a restaurant that is the ambiance of a very loud bar or club, but if you’re just going to celebrate your daughter’s 17th birthday and want to be able to have a conversation you will be very disappointed. We left before even ordering our food. Huge letdown. Also they bathroom was really disgusting and they only had 2 stalls for hundreds of people. There was an attendant inside sitting in a chair with a giant tip jar who squirting soap into our hands, once we finally were in line forever waiting to use the bathroom. I can’t fathom who in their right mind built this restaurant with only two stalls in the women’s bathroom.
Our server, Talon, was GREAT! Fun spot, especially if you're celebrating a birthday! Food is pricey for the quality. Drinks are AWESOME BUT, for the price, they should AT LEAST let you keep the glass!
Overall the experience was average, but something checked off the list always wanting to try. The food was essentially average bar food at best, atmosphere was less than expected, service was good and ice cream was great!
Had a great experience for my birthday.
Great service. The waitress was wonder. She was very attentive
Loved this place can't wait to go again. The food and drinks are really good. Love the Party atmosphere!
Me and my friends really enjoyed ourself it was their first time and they really have fun and looking forward to returning again with their families we are a month to month traveler for Manatee County . we travel to Orlando a lot four different events always try to make reservations every time we in town.but was full but we was pleased to get the reservation that we had that day and they enjoy so we looking forward to return
Took my 12 year old and her friend there to celebrate her birthday. Had heard about from some friends and thought it might be good for a celebration. It was just ok. They definitely were not adhering to social distancing guidelines. A lot of people and the tables were pretty close together. As soon as we were seated I regretted making the reservations and was contemplating leaving and trying to figure out a way to break it to my daughter. But after about 15 mins the crowd started to thin out, so it was a bit better. Food was alright, but not great. The service was good but the waitress kept pulling her mask down to talk to us. It was really loud in there and I think she thought we would hear her better without the mask I guess. The birthday celebration part was nice. The staff puts a lot of energy into it and my daughter loved it.
The desserts and drinks are simply amazing, but for $38 you would think the cheap plastic cup would be included. Food was very good but hard to justify $22 for a thin steak sandwich.
Everything was great. The good came out on time but the drinks took a while to come out. They came after the food was served. The overall experience was great.
Great energy and great place to eat
Went for my birthday. It was my first time and I enjoyed myself. We be back next time I’m in Orlando.
I understand that it is a busy please but we're in the middle of in the pandemic and they had the tables so close together that it was ridiculous. There were so many empty tables but yet they were sitting everybody right next to each other instead of at least trying to skip every other table before having to fill up the rest of them. I'm pregnant and I felt so uncomfortable in there because the guys next to me were laughing and will Laying across the seat literally inches from me
Great experience, food was good and drinks were even better. Well worth the price and the atmosphere was awesome.
