   We were in town for a Fever game and had booked reservations to Sugar Factory a few weeks in advance. When we showed up for our reservations, it was locked with a hand written sign on the door that said Closed. No one would answer the phone, so we were out of luck. I think people with reservations should have been contacted if the establishment was going to be closed, especially on Father’s Day. Everywhere else was slammed and we couldn’t get in.

   The restaurant was permanently closed, but it still let us make reservations.

   The worst food and service that I have gotten. The manager was not on the floor trying to guide or direct them. This was the worst sugar factory that I have been to

   At the time that I went there were a lot of things on the menu that were no longer available. There was no guacamole, any stir fry dish, rainbow sliders, anything with vanilla ice cream, which were unfortunately the reason I came to eat at the restaurant. Waitress was kind and the atmosphere was nice. However, I am giving a poor rating because of the missing items on the menu.

   We had horrible service on 6/1/24. Our waiter was extremely unfriendly and inattentive the entire time. He never checked on us before or after our food was delivered and never once offered to refill our small water glasses. When we finished eating I told him that we would like to order a milkshake, but he strongly discouraged us from ordering dessert stating they were out of a lot of the dessert ingredients and the dessert staff was extremely backed up and it would take us even longer to receive than our dinner had. Clearly he was looking to get rid of us. It was my son’s birthday and we specifically picked this restaurant for the milkshake dessert. I told the waiter it was my son’s birthday and we would wait as long as needed. He miraculously brought us the milkshake within 10 mins. This restaurant charges a mandatory 20% service fee so this guy knew he was already getting his tip for doing absolutely nothing. Overall, the service ruined our experience and my son’s bday dinner. We will not be returning to this location.

   Definitely wasn’t worth the price. Overhyped. My salad was warm, asked for cheese multiple times and never received it. 43$ for a not fresh house salad that I could barely eat because it was warm and browning and a non alcoholic pretty in pink. We were a party of 7 and 3 of the checks were rung up wrong, others food added to others bill. We had a group of young teens harassing us in the waiting area. The only enjoyable thing was the photographer.

   Worst service ever they saved everyone apart from us our reservation was at 5:45pm we didn’t get our food till 8:30pm they had excuses for everything but atleast after our fight with them they did give us a complimentary service discount for our food

   Service was horrible. Everything was way overpriced. Music was extra loud, and we weren’t sure if we were in a club or a restaurant with the music playing.

    Rumors of this place closing are clear and evident. Do not recommend going. They were out of signature food items, service was pretty minimal even though we were the only table there. The food was cold when served. The TV wall that has 12 TV only had 5 actually showing and the others were either off or on a screensaver and what was working was only showing local newscast. The music was local radio and awful commercials. The whole reason we were there was a birthday celebration and they gave a very basic and blah birthday song with no dance or performance. Totally not worth the time effort or cost.
