    Better service from McDonald’s Horrible timing My oldest was done with her food before my son got his Appetizers came out last And again my daughter was done with her milkshake before me and my sons came out Rude waitress that was just so nonchalant

    I made a reservation ahead of time and upon arriving was seated at one of the lease desirable tables. I asked to be moved and was moved. The waitress appeared to be having a bad day. She seemed annoyed when we stopped her to place our order after waiting also 20 minutes after being seated. The food was cold. We had to stop her again to ask for our check after finishing our meal almost 30 minutes. It was our first time there. It was ok for the experience of the fancy drink but in my opinion not worth the hype.

    Overpriced, with mediocre service. This restaurant is a lot of hype, and for the ambiance, hype and for being on the strip, that is all you are paying for. The location wasn't as clean and organized as I thought it would be. The service was extremely slow and underwhelming. The food was surprisingly pretty good and better than I expected. It was our family's first visit here and immediately we knew what we were paying for...we will not be returning, nor would I recommend this restaurant. There are plenty of better options that cost less or that are compatible in price.

    Cute place. Food and drink portions are massive. Hubby and I could have shared drinks and meals! Great service. Our server was David. We’ll be back.

    Food was above average. We had reservations and still had to wait a long time to be seated and for our food. We were with a group and were not seated together despite there being a large capacity and empty tables everywhere. The manager was very rude to us. There are also no gluten free options at all.

    While we enjoyed the experience and wait staff, it really is overpriced and the service slow. The fries were cold and the milkshake, while over the top in presentation, was runny and bland.

    The restaurant was dirty. Both the table and the chairs were sticky. Our waiter brought our order and then we didn’t see him again. We waited 20 minutes for our check. 20 percent gratuity was automatically added in (4 in our party)but was not deserved.

    Fun place to visit once. The goblets are super cool, but way too overpriced. Again, fun to do once. We had the chicken Alfredo penne, which was good, but didn’t taste like anything extravagant. $27 seemed overpriced for that dish. The ambience was super fun!! Our server was very kind as well.

    Our food orders arrived separately 30 minutes apart. Our server never checked up on our table. We always had to ask random employees for water or cocktails. We had to ask multiple servers before finally getting condiments.

    Some kind of alarm and emergency lights were blaring the entire time we were there. No member of management came to us to apologize: or acknowledge what was happening. By the end of our night I had a splitting headache from the piercing noise. Our server was awesome.

    We sat at the bar upstairs and had the best time with the two bartenders, especially Amanda. My biggest complaint is that my friend and I sat there for an hour and a half and watched two completely overwhelmed bartenders run around in the weeds while the manager sat there on his phone. As someone who has experience in restaurant management I was completely bewildered by Lawrence’s lack of work ethic. It is extremely frustrating to watch two women run around overwhelmed while trying to give the best service possible and their manager stands idly by watching the bar crash and burn. It takes approximately 30 seconds to empty and load a dishwasher, yet Lawrence couldn’t be bothered to give them a hand. In the hour and a half we were there he didn’t do table touches on any of the bar guests, he mostly stood near the bar on his phone. When my friend and I approached Lawrence as we were leaving to tell him how hard to watch his approach at management was and compliment our bartenders who were, in spite of everything incredible, he asked us if we were their friends. No Lawrence, we aren’t their friends, shockingly complete strangers can think they’re fabulous and that you are a poor lazy excuse for a manager. So this is I guess a suggestion to the management at Sugar Factory, when your employees are overwhelmed and in the weeds maybe consider helping them out. Bus tables, wash dishes, take over a service well, or maybe don’t seat them with a 14 top when they’re already in over their heads? Lastly, thank you so much to Amanda you absolutely did your best. I wish you had a manager that had half your spirit. You deserve better.

    I just wanted to see what was the whole fuss about. It is not worth the wait for average, overpriced food. The drink experience is only worth it. Also, there is an extra 20% service fee.

    The host was an awful person. My two young daughters and I walked up to the counter and asked if they accepted walk in. The hostess told me no, and that reservations was required. Well rather than explaining to me how to sign up for one, and looking into the restaurant was empty, I stepped out of the line and signed up for a reservation for that time. I walked back in line and told the hostess I had a reservation and she checked me in. This was like a scene of a bad movie. The waiter was good, he seemed a bit stressed and could not remember requests, but each person manages stress differently. The food was good. My daughters enjoyed the colorful sliders and I had a steak sandwich. The fries were crisp. The receipt includes a mandatory 20% service charge. 5 % of the charge goes to the restaurant and the other to the waiter. You have an option to tip on top of that, which I did.

    Requiring an automatic 20% tip to your bill means that your waiter/waitress doesn’t have to really try to give good customer service. Food was good, drinks are ridiculously overpriced but that’s Vegas for you. Overall experience was ok.

    This was a special occasion. We were seated and the ladies given champagne. We were handed off to several servers, no one checked in on our party. The iced tea had no ice and was served in a water, tumbler? It was small and round and not suited for this beverage. I tipped well although 20% had already been added to the bill. The food was good, from chicken to burgers to a pasta dish. I did not care for the music but afterward we did enjoy taking pictures off the upper balcony. I will not be visiting other restaurants in this chain.

    Our experience was great. For coming in late from our flight, I felt super bad for our server, cause she had a long day. She gave us top notch service, and the food was amazing. The only thing that was but excessive was the service charge, because I feel that would deter guests from leaving a proper tip!

    I’m still waiting to hear from someone in regards to a groupon. They could have explain on what’s needed or how to use Groupon. It was in the reservation note. And mentioned at check in. Never used it but it was marked as redeemed. All I did was showed it to the waiter she pushed a few things on my phone. Said something and walked away. Comas back and tells me I need the text message sent. My bones dead at this point. Another helpful waiter or someone took my phone and charged it. I try to get this barcode it says already redeemed. After trying for 30 more minutes. The short male managers is a bit rude. Said pay the bill and call groupon and fix the matter. Once I do that, call and they would reimburse the card charged and honor the Groupon. Groupon wants proof I never used it. (From experience running Groupon from the merchant that offers it is very simple. The 6 digit code that showed isn’t what they wanted it had to be a barcode. Groupon told me it’s the same thing just different form. Proper customer from the time I checked in for a 4:00 reservation. Waiting on Sugar factory to reply. Also waited a hour after the reservation time. While others were able to be seated.

    Kind of a tourist trap. Expensive for the quality of food. To go in and drink is fine but I wouldn’t eat a meal here again.

    The food was great, it really was. I might even say it was excellent but the service was so terrible that it overshadowed everything. Our waitress was a Latino woman with a ponytail but had a bow on the ponytail. I am describing her because I do not remember her name but the description is very vague as well 😁. Anyways she was not friendly, very dry and short with us. The restaurant was not busy in fact there were 3 tables including ours with an empty bar. She never checked on us, the ice was dirty so we asked for another glass…took her 10 minutes to get that then the glass was dirty and didn’t get a replacement until the food came out and we had to ask the busboy for help. He was extremely nice and helpful. We asked for the manager but she never came by….. not even to make sure things were going well like at usual restaurants. I wasn’t even trying to get money off the bill but wanted her to know the service was horrible. I think the worst part was that there was a 20% gratuity already calculated into the bill. I wanted all of that to go to the busboy but he said he only gets 3%. The waitress didn’t really care about having great service because her tip was automatic…. But that’s what happens when gratuity is not based on service. I ALWAYS tip in fact if I can’t afford the tip then I don’t go out so she would have gotten tipped but it would have been based on her service which was horrible. Food was great so if I go back I will make sure she is not our waitress or we will go to another location…. Simple

    Service was very slow. Waitress didn’t know answers regarding food for gluten allergy. Alcohol beverage was made wrong. Then when asked to make a new one, it came back with Sprite only-no Tito’s. The appetizers came out with the food and all came out cool/cold. And when I told the waitress the food was cold..all she did was apologize. Did not offer to rectify or anything. This was the WORST and most disappointing meal we have ever had. Thanks for ruining my daughters birthday dinner.

    Extremely loud music speakers though out the place. The service was ok but very informal and rushed for the mandatory 20% tip automatically added on. It also had a weird gross smell in the restaurant that was very off putting. Value for the food did not seem good to me at all but the friends I was with seemed to enjoy there’s.

    The glfood was great. The service not so much. We were seated and no one attended to us for about 15 min until I asked the bus boy for our server. Good and drinks were amazing and delicious.
