Food was expensive and everything overcooked. New menu with everything going up 3.00 per entree. Poor service.

I've been here 3 times giving them the benefit of the doubt, maybe it's an off day and hoping they'd improve. They haven't; the foods bland and has no taste, atmosphere is decent, staff is horrible, they treat you as if you're disturbing them by showing up to the restaurant. Most recently I had the displeasure of being waited on by Alex but if you read this then you will have spent more time with me than he did. He came to our table 3 times totalling 60 seconds over the course of an hour. Brought water/took our drink and appetizer order then disappeared only to come back and has for clarification on my drink (vodka cranberry, the easiest drink to make and still got it wrong somehow). Then he came to take our meal order (which was the last time he came to our table) and disappeared leaving our menus at the table which he should have taken, the person who brought our food out took the menu's simply because she had nowhere to put the food. Never checked in, never asked about more drinks and it wasn't because he stretched thin, he made it a point to help the 5 tables around us (we were literally in the center of all his tables,he had to walk past us to help anyone and not a single "do you need anything" ) although I can see and hear the attitude he was giving to those parties other parties. After being ignored for an hour i asked for the check and to go boxes and the check, the natural reaction to poor service is a poor tip but being friends with dozens of people in the restaurant business I decided to still tip almost 25%(which would have resulted in more money had he just done his job and checked on us because we were celebrating and ready to eat/drink and have a good time), but decided I'd do something I'd rarely do, leave a review. Alex, do better. Readers, avoid this establishment. You'd have a better meal elsewhere on property, hell the pizza place in the food court would taste better than their food.

Amazing experience here! Allie our sever was wonderful she was so nice and attentive. The service was amazing, and the restaurant vibe and atmosphere is one of a kind its fun and lively. I brought my niece here for her birthday. The way the staff put on a show with the music/lights/dancing and singing Happy Birthday was amazing. It made her feel so special. Definitely and unforgettable experience. Highly recommend. We will definitely be returning in the future!!!

The drinks were fun!!! Kids loved the fancy milkshakes. The food was cold and tasted like it was sitting out for hours.

Terrible service, they've also reduced their brunch menu substantially, food was slow and arrived ice cold, with only one other table our waitress was too busy to come even check on us.
