Juice our waiter made our dining experience the best! He was attentive, friendly & professional. The food was outstanding and the atmosphere was exactly what we wanted for our 17 year old daughter’s birthday. Highly recommend

Honestly we go because my kids like atmosphere. Food is average. The staff all seem very unhappy and seem to get annoyed with any questions.

Got seated and waited 10-15 minutes before someone ever came over to us and said anything and seemed like because we weren’t ordering a bunch of stuff she didn’t care. She was rude never came and asked us how the food was. At least waited 15 minutes before we could get the check as she walked past us 7 times and never stopped once. Got the check finally and she never came and got it eventually another server took care of it for us and she was awesome. But our waitress was rude and not attentive at all.

The service was mediocre and they changed the drink presentation from the last time I was there a year ago even though they have the same menu. They brought us the wrong dessert twice and brought appetizers at the same time as entrees. It was a Saturday night and not very busy so no excuse for such disappointing service. The prices are a bit ridiculous for what you get but I guess that’s to be expected in the casino resort.

So many things went wrong. 1. Happy hour was advertised as 2for1 drinks of equal or lesser value at the bar only. Then was told the sign was wrong and that you also have to get an appetizer per drink to get a free drink. 2. Then we couldnt be seated until the entire party was there - we were missing one person - even though i told the hostess we were going to order food without them and that the person was parking in the garage. Nope still had to wait for them. 3. Then they tried to seat us at a table right next to the casino hallway where it is very noisy and you just look at the people in the casino - so i asked if we could be seated near the glass wall to see out with the view only to be told no because there are reservations back there - i made this reservation 2 MONTHS in advance for a bday celebration. I was ALSO a reservation. The hostess then tells me that they have large parties and its easier for the restaurant if we sit here at this table. I get that BUT to the hostess was so incredibly rude. Wouldnt even look at the chart to see if another table was available; just right away shut it down. So then to see later (1/2 an hour later) a table of 6 (same party size as us) sit where we wanted to sit was just rude at that point. I asked if it was because that table requested that area and i was told they dont allow specific seat requests; you get what we offer. I couldnt believe the hostess saying that. Each time we come we are disappointed and said hey lets try again because other people like it. Nope not for us. We will take the $500 we spent and go to ANYWHERE else in the casino instead.

the food was wonderful, service excellent, except they tried to put us in the back where there was sun in 90 degrees and no air. We complained and were moved but told they don't accommodate seating normally. We had a reservation and people who did not have this were put in good spots in the air and not all the way back. So people who do not make reservations should be put in the way back not people who take the time to make reservations.

Food was just okay, no presentation (not close to pictured items, didn’t feel like the value was there for the price. Server was fine, didn’t feel as though they checked in enough which made us decide not to order additional food as it took too long to get ahold of them.

So unimpressed with this place. Had never been before and was sucked in by the cool drinks. Hadn't realized they were $46 each and only discounted to $39 w/o alcohol. The entire glass was filled with ice with about 12oz of liquid. My son ordered "The Cloud" which was listed as blue raspberry. We were told they were out of blue cotton candy so they did pink (no big deal) but the drink was yellow and the wrong flavor. The food was horrible. My "pizza" was a piece of Naan bread with wet tomatoes and a few pieces of mozzarella. The entire thing was cold when served. The turkey in the club sandwich was the grossest consistency (think slimy, tasteless, foam) and slathered with mayo. Extremely overpriced meal that was one of the worst I've had in a while. Stay away and go somewhere else

The goblet drinks are not worth the price they are 38oz of ice with 12 oz of liquid poured in Service was not great at all
