Staff was great, but they were so overworked. Waitress told me they sent a bunch of people home and then they got slammed. She was lovely, but clearly couldn't keep up. Took us almost 30 minutes to get 3 sundaes and a coffee. They also forgot one of our ice creams!

The kitchen was very accommodating of food allergies and our server was friendly and attentive. We had a great experience and we will definitely be back!

Food was decent and atmosphere fun - but the service was painfully slow! We allowed 2 hours to eat before our show and had to leave without ordering dessert. It wasn't because the kitchen was backed up- the food came out less than 5 minutes after we ordered it! So the rest of the 2 hours was waiting.

Well.. we knew from our last visit within the last 12 months- not to expect too much with the food. We came so that our 14 year old could celebrate her birthday in a fun filled atmosphere. Outside of appetizers, I wouldn’t order anything…. Our steak was sooooo dry, I couldn’t chew it, the french fries were room temp and this wasn’t rush hour, it was 4:30. The drinks are beautiful but dont expect an adult drink……I paid for the “upgraded” birthday bash, its the kids version of bottle service- its a really cool super duper size sundae for 6-10 people, you select a song from their song list and the waitstaff comes out dancing all glammed up with bedazzled jackets etc but the affect of the other servers throughout the afternoon of others birthday celebration was sad.. When it was our time, our server was hype and understood what we were paying for but the other servers with her were looking as though they hated their jobs.. That wasn’t good for us nor for Sugar Factory business, I would think, Overall, I wouldn’t go back…

Super disappointed with this location!! Food was not good. Some of the foods we ordered included calamari, chicken and waffles along with Kona steak. Waffles were rubbery, barely warm and stale. The steak was super salty, calamari came out and was not warm as well. The waitress did not provide us with our requests for steak sauce or extra syrup. It appears she forgot. Nor did she check as frequent as expected. She wasn’t friendly. We were there to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and were highly dissatisfied. We will not going back or recommending Sugar Factory.

We find a piece of plastic in the burger sauce. We did let the manager know but we then found another piece of plastic in the other sauce

Menu is overwhelming and dated. Restaurant is dusty and floor is dirty and sticky. They are short staffed and food is not worth the price, comes out cold. Waffles were heavy and not crunchy, they were mushy. The brownie skillet had thin brownie layer, with tons of whipped cream. French fries were good and crispy. Mac & Cheese was all cheese, horrible. Not worth the hype.
