Took our young lady to dinner for her acting her finals and she choose this Resturant. Great location and looked fun. Served was prompt courteous and did a great job. The place was basically empty and it didn’t take long to figure it out. A fishbowl non alcoholic drink was 43.00 filled with gunny bears and suckers and stuff that had dry ice so it smoked. Cool but not 43.00 cool. We ordered Greek salad, some Alfredo pasta and carne asada tacos. Salad came and it was old and wilting. Visible brown edges on the lettuce. Pita was served on the bottom of the salad and was stale. Actually crispy cracker stale. Alfredo was served rather quickly and the Tacos. Tacos came in a tray with corn tortilla- no option for flour and had 5-6 chunks of beef in each one. Nothing else. No lettuce, no opinion, no cheese. Nothing. Just bare meat chunks in a tortilla shell. I had salsa and sour cream on the side. Waiter was tied up with a couple of larger tables for birthdays with kids. Seemed to be the only server on duty. Nice guy and he was the best part of the evening. We had “fruit flies” buzzing constantly around the table so obviously some type of infestation of bad fruit or something. It was rather annoying to say the least to have bugs landing on your food in a restaurant serving 66.00 for two drinks one margarita and one non alcoholic pop drink. When the server came to ask about how everything was I told him not very good. He frowned and said gee I am sorry and took the bill away. No attempt was made to rectify the situation or make a correction. I didn’t even get a chance to explain what the issues were. 294.00 for dinner if bare taco, two drinks- one non alcoholic, pasta and a Greek salad that wasn’t eaten. I don’t think we will be coming back anytime soon- rating- D and the only thing saving a F was the server.

They were not busy at all and our waitress was did a great job. The food was just meh and overpriced for what we got. I found it interesting that they put an automatic 20% “service fee”/gratuity for a table of 3 people. I get it for large parties, but a little off putting when you that’s not the situation. I wish the vibe had been a bit more of what you see on social media. I had seen the fun vibe and there was really none of that. I could better quality brunch right down the street without the advertised “fun” aspect. I likely will next time.

This restaurant was such a disappointment. We came for my sister’s birthday, and both the food and service were horrible even though the restaurant was not busy. As for ambience, the music was loud and there were fruit flies everywhere. Again, the food was awful. Everything was overpriced, and the only minuscule redeeming quality were the drinks, which were again, overpriced. I was so upset with our service. We were there for over two hours and that was without ordering dessert. All of the food came out at different times. There was a 25 minute difference between the first group of entrées coming out and the second despite the fact we were at the same table. Half of our table finished their food before the other half even got our meals. The table next to us also left because they did not receive their food. I will never come here again, and I will never recommend it to anybody.

We were there for 2 hours and only received our entrees which came out at all different times. No one asked how things were. We finally had to flag down our waiter to get more water. It took at least 15 minutes for him to bring warm water to our table. We really came for dessert but were never asked if we wanted dessert. The restaurant was so loud we had to yell to hear each other. The birthday celebrations were obnoxious! We won’t be going back and don’t recommend anyone else go unless you like poor service, expensive food, and loud music.

Server did best she could, everything else was a zero ranking. Burnt food, if your order even came out. Out of a lot of things. Got pretzel was hard and cheese was cold. Ordered Schroeder tacos that never came out.

Individuals in our party never received their food. Originally two meals came out incorrect. When the waitress took it bk the meals never came back out. Once the bill came the waitress asked were they still interested. Thirdly my meal personally was grease filled and had tomatoes after I asked for no tomatoes. No refills were given while we were seated for 2.5 hours. The food took well over an hour to come out. We asked for the manager who had no empathy and seemed as if she did not want to be there. The waiter Carlos from another table seen the frustration and came over to rectify the situation and ensure the graduate of the party was happy prior to leaving I 0/10 recommend this location.

This place seems more like a weekend spot. My family and I took our twins for their 5th birthday. We were late for our reservation so I didn’t mind waiting to be Sat but it did take a while to be greeted by someone. It wasn’t terribly busy since it was a Tuesday night. The front store was half empty with not many options for purchases. After we sat, we looked over the menu and waited for the server. It took her a while to come around but we saw that the restaurant was short staffed and that she was maintaining the bar as well. We placed our order and waited, mingling with other tables near by. We noticed how long guests had been sitting and no orders were coming out. A table next to us complained and that’s when we found out the kitchen was short staffed too. DISASTER! Our kids sliders came out with the bread being hard as bricks and no condiments as requested. Because they’re 5 yr olds and we also had our 1 yr old with us, we requested new food but to keep the burger patties as they seemed to eat that fine. My husband’s food came out ok and the kids tenders but my flatbread was wrong type. I didn’t make a fuss but did request what I ordered originally. Multiple parties came in after us, and it was the same outcome. We ordered milkshake for our twins sing “Happy Birthday” and was ready to leave after. I did request the comp the sliders as the kitchen never got fresh ones out to us. We paid and left. Definitely not worth $168. It was our first and last time at the Sugar Factory.

It was amazing Truly didn’t expect the food to be as great as it was Yes it was a bit pricey but we enjoyed it and it was worth the money, half of the time you leave an expensive restaurant hungry and unsatisfied with the meal but we enjoyed it!
