   The music was very loud. The staff seemed very uninterested in anything around them. The idea and scene is a good vibe but the staffs attitude quickly ruins everything. The waiter was unprofessional and just wanted us to hurry and order. It was so loud you had to scream at them to put you order in. Not to mention this was Mother’s Day so the restaurant was full of families and the music selection was more for a nightclub.

   We had a party of 6, with a Reservation at 11:30 am for Mother's Day Brunch, only 5 people were eating so 5 meals were ordered, we waited over an hour for our meals, 2 meals came then 10 minutes later 2 other meals came, then the final meal came 15 minutes later. Every meal had missing element's of the meal eg: the Waffle Breakfast Burger was cold, did not have sausage gravy, the hashbrown was a frozen patty that was not fully cooked, the egg was supposed to be over medium, it was well done overcooked egg. This was the final meal received and everyone else was done eating. Again we did not get our food completely served for an hour and half! Other tables that were sat around us and sat after us received their food well before us and also received their meals sporadically instead of together. My son ordered an expresso coffee received an expresso martini and was charged $25.00. When we arrived there were 5 tables so they were not busy yet...when we inquired about missing items like Ice Cream or Carmel Corn for special pancakes we were told not every location have the same shakes & pancakes as pictured and how frustrating it is for them because people are asking for things that they do not offer at this location DESPITE that it is on their menu and we ordered it and were charged $27. If you do not serve or cannot make a specific dish than we should have been told when we ordered. This was Mother's Day and our Mother was very upset that our meal was ruined, we traveled downtown, $20 to park, our bill was $214 for one of the worst experiences at a Restaurant we have ever had. Finally, the Bathrooms were dirty and looked as if they had not been cleaned from the night before. I saw a review of 5 stars on the same day at the same time we were there and we saw this group of 4 get a Goblet with dry ice, it was great and the elderly Mother really enjoyed the Drink, so if you go there for Drinks it may be worth it but for FOOD I do not recommend and will not return!

   Service was very slow, we waited forever. Food came out rock hard and overcooked. Chicken was chewy. Overall not good

   It was alright. Very cute scenery but they were unstaffed and out of a lot of things when I went and it was only 12pm. Very over priced and overrated so I would never go again but depending on the day it could be a different experience as far as service and low supplies.

   Overall it was the wort experience I’ve had at dinner. Was there for over an hour & didn’t get drinks & never took our order.

   Sugar Factory Detroit has not been kept up. Many things broken and in disrepair. Things were dirty. Service was very slow and not friendly at all. Music was so loud you couldn't hear the person across the table from you. Honestly looked like they were going or should be going out of business.

   Food was good, but the service not so much. The waiter forgot a meal. Then brought out the wrong meal. Service was very slow. The restaurant ran out of several items and drinks. And to top it off, the bill was incorrect.

    DO NOT GO THERE! The restaurant is filthy. The bathrooms were disgusting. The food was mediocre and definitely not worth half of what you paid for it. None of the three neon light signs worked so you couldn’t even get a cute picture. The white walls had fingerprints and scuff marks all over them and need to be cleaned or repainted. They also had plastic stickers on them for maybe where things used to be hanging but it looks so tacky. I also was celebrating my birthday there and did not get any type of birthday recognition, even though my friend I went with told him it was my birthday and it was also in the reservation that it was my birthday, but two other people at the restaurant got happy birthday sung to them, and they brought out their dessert with some kind of a sparkling candle
