Sugar Factory Bravern (Bellevue)
Drinks were good and fun but everything wasn’t that great especially for the price. Our server was very slow and would take awhile to grab our drinks and we waited about 45 mins for our food. This has happened before were service and food wasn’t great and it sucks because the drinks are good. The price for food and everything just isn’t worth it when the food is just average
Apparently, when you make a reservation, you should give them a grace period of at least 30 minutes because customers linger. A ridiculous policy...adjust your reservation system so that you can seat those people who planned ahead instead of letting walk-ins have tables that are reserved! And for $39 for a non alcoholic drink, one would think you get to keep a souvenir glass, but sadly, that is not the case.
Kids love it but it was way understaffed for a Sat night. Got seated for 7pm reservation closer to 730. Waiter was nice but things took a loooong time.
Disappointed. Poor service. Overpriced. Thought we would at least be able to take the plastic cup as souvenirs. Bought 3 drinks for 120. Doesn’t include cost of food.....
We drove over 2 hours to eat at this restaurant from my birthday. I have to say it was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. We had made reservations, which was not necessarily since they were only four groups in the restaurant. Which should have been a red flag, after being seated we waited for 10 minutes for our waiter to come to the table. The waiter immediately informed us that the bartender had called out and he could only makes the Goblet drinks. Which was fine because this is what we intended to have. it took at least an additional 10 minutes to receive our drink, which contained no alcohol. The food arrived about 15 minutes later cold and mediocre. One would think paying $25 for the rainbow sliders the quality would be better than a McDonald's burger. Unfortunately none of us finish our food, nor was my birthday recognize. After having plates removed we had to set an additional 10 to 15 minutes waiting for a check and ultimately had to find the hostess to pay. Worst birthday celebration ever!!
First time visiting and they are very accommodating! There was a complication with our reservation but they were so gracious in getting us in. Our kids had a great time!
We have been there few times. Food is overpriced. Last time we were there. It was quite empty, and our server had a big attitude.
One and done. We went for my 7 year olds birthday on a Sunday evening at 5:30. They had only 2 servers. Long waits in between seating to drinks to ordering to food, etc. The music was so loud that it was unpleasant. When we asked for the 3rd time to please turn it down a little bit - we were told that "this is how they like it." Interesting as pretty much every table in there was celebrating a birthday for someone 12 and under. I ordered a simple cheese quesadilla. Cheese was not even, quesadilla's not folded properly, guacamole was turning... the mini rainbow sliders however were good. Just felt like they couldn't keep up on any level of service and the food was way over priced for what you got. Would not go again. I cannot see this place staying in business for much longer. So many other options in Bellevue.
It was very fun and we all had a great time and enjoyed our food
I was very excited to visit and made reservations. We got seated in a weird location and seemed to be forgotten about as a table of only two. We waited 10 minutes before a waitress came and even longer for them to come back to take our order. Overall the food was great and I would go back to eat. The drinks we ok and overpriced for what they are. They just seemed to busy with big parties to care about the little ones.
Came to celebrate kid’s birthdays. We hardly saw our server. We gave it a 2 out of 5 stars on service because the other staff was very helpful. The food runner was wonderful. The music was very loud and we could hardly hear each other talk. The milkshakes are fun and well made. We will likely never return. It was fun but not somewhere we’d choose to go back to.
Our waitress was not very good - she was more interested in her appearance than waiting on tables. Spilt water on the table but never bothered to refill the water.
The restaurant itself needs to be cleaned - we dropped something on the floor and it was filthy!
There food is overrated. They didn’t like any of my friends or me when we walked in. They called my mom when I’m 18 and it was my reservation and could of talked to me. They ruined my birthday surprise my mom and sister set up. They wouldn’t talk to my table or take our order until an hour later. I will not go back.
It was not what it was hyped up to be. I thought it would be fun and energetic. Also our food was terrible. The bread on the grilled cheese and the burgers were rock hard. The big drinks were very disappointing for the non-alcoholic is only $4 dollars cheaper then a drink that comes with 6 shots and half of it was frozen within 10 mins.
Food was overpriced for what you receive. Servers were not polished, particularly for a place that claims they cater to A-listers. Service was comparable to Red Robin vs John Howie across the way. Picture worthy desserts but again, not the best tasting. Disappointed.
Recommended- but not for the food. I'd recommend this place in the setting of desserts and drinks. The other food was overall a disappointment. Our server was also MIA for much of the meal and he took forever with everything.
We had to wait an hour to be seated even after I had made reservations. Didn’t get served our drinks which was the only thing we ordered for 40 mins after being seated. If you font drink your drink within 5 mins the dry ice takes over completely. Will not be back , will not recommend.
Our goblet drink was only half full when they poured it.
Drink was too strong with alcohol, did the job, but didn’t enjoy drinking it
It’s fun for the experience of the big drinks but it’s sooooooo loud. Sooooo busy. And takes forever. Bring your patience if you come here.
Our waiter immediately spilled water on my friend and our birthday presents and did not apologize. I gave my friend my napkin to dry off and he didn't offer to give me another. We had to ask a different waiter to get us one. He also brought out our fish bowl and knocked off the cotton candy onto the dirty table and picked it up with his nasty hands and plopped it back on top of the drink. He then poured liquid in the fish bowl to start the dry ice effect and the cotton candy got stuck to the cup so he again grabbed the cotton candy with his hands and put it back in the drink. He spilled this drink too but did not clean it up. He was not attentive to our table. Another waitress and one of the hostesses were more attentive to us than he was. He didn't come to check on us throughout the meal and did not offer to refill our water cups. I had to ask a waitress for the rest of my meal because he only brought out a portion of it.
Music so loud we had to shout at each other. Vibrant for tweens who loved it. Overwhelming for child with Autism-Spectrum disorder. Food good but not worth the cost. On par with Red Robin. Drinks good, not much booze. I’d go again only for desserts on a tweens birthday. Or drop them off and go eat at John Howie across the lobby.
Sugar Factory is so great for special occasions! Their food is amazing and actually look ms like the menu pics. Service was excellent. It was a great place for my kiddos birthdays. It is more spendy but you do get a nice portion size for your $.
After ordering, we waited just over an hour to get our food. Other large families were seated, ordered thier meals, and finished eating before we got our food. The restaurant was not busy, we were just ignored.
Unorganized. We were told the delay in seating us, despite our reservation was because they were so busy. There were literally, maybe two large tables and the bar seating had 5 guests. If that is busy, I don't want to see what "real" busy is. Servers dropping condiment ramekins, silverware dropping, and two different tables, glasses dropped and broken. Food was ok, definitely not worth the price. Sugar drinks were on par, according to my children. This was our second visit, thinking the first visit was just an off day for the staff. We won't be going back for a third visit.
We had a baby shower at Sugar Factory with a Celebration menu and the King Kong sundae....it was awesome. Everyone had a great time. Thank you Sugar Factory.
Went for my daughters birthday. Waited for 15 minutes to be seated even though we had a reservation. Watched several groups seated that were called in off the walk list while waiting. Then we were seated on the main isle where they ring all customers bills up. Asked to be moved and the immediate reaction was that we would have to wait about 45 minutes more! Then a very kind hostess said no- she would figure something out. Our order was not taken for about a half hour. When our food finally came( about 59 minutes after being seated) it was good. Our big drink came about half through the meal in a partially melted cup (our waiter did say sorry about the melted cup). Yet, a $34 drink should probably have been transferred to an unmelted cup. The drink was delicious. The atmosphere was fun and festive but I’m not sure we would go back.
I came here before earlier this year and was impressed to bring back my friends. Needless to say that the waiter gave my underaged daughter alcohol when she asked for a Virgin drink. We didn’t realize until she woke up with a hangover and mind you she is 15. I was apologizing for 4 hrs because I recommended this place. Our food came out late and mine was cold. I really spoke highly of the place and now a disappointment.
So loud, like "in da club" loud. Decor is nice- its got a Hollywood like feel. It took 30 mins to recieve goblet drink because "bar was backed up" which they compted, read terrible reviews about food so took daughter for drinks and dessert the classic sundae was $15 and nothing to write home about just 3 scoops of ice cream and whipping cream and sprinkles. When the goblet did come it was pretty good. Our server was friendly. It would've been nice to enjoy our goblet BEFORE dessert timing could improve. It was a one time dine event. I think this a place people go for the glitz
Went for my daughters birthday with a group of her friends. Waitress took drink and food orders at the same time. Food came out about 30 minutes later and our drinks came out 10 minutes after we had our food. Ridiculous to pay so much for drinks and not even enjoy them while we waited for food. We didn’t do dessert because we were dealing with drinks to finish so no singing happy bday from the wait staff. Overall, very lame and won’t ever go back. The groups of 15:16 year old girls with me agreed and said they wished they would have gone somewhere else.
brought a 11 year old for her birthday, she liked the place. she was excited about the cool drinks and the candy store. she liked that some of her fav celebs had been there (she liked all of the pictures). I was not satisfied with the food though, my chicken parm was pretty bland and there was no salt/pepper on the table, when I asked for some it never came. sliders were pretty dry. the drinks looked cool but were overly priced for what you get. The doughnut was disgusting, for kids to tell you a doughnut was gross is surprising, when I tasted it it was dry and waxy with no flavor. Salad, chips and guac, and french fries were basic but fine.
the experience was fun for the little girls. They played music we liked (a lot of drake songs) they sang happy birthday and it was cute.
The dessert was phenomenal but the decor and fun atmosphere were lacking, too normal. For the hype and the prices it should have knocked my eyes out and it didn’t. It was decorated way too plain and the candy store wasn’t as fun as other mall candy stores. The atmosphere needs to match the reputation and prices! Maybe the New York or Chicago stores are more impressive! But the dessert was to die for!
We had reservations. It was a celebration to finishing summer classes. We were there over 20 minutes before we even got water. The kids water came 5 min. After that. Our waiter was the bartender so he was spending much more time away. Our water was finally refilled after we were done eating. It was expensive and no kids menu. I felt upset that we spent so much money for just ok food but also left feeling less than valued as a customer. I won't ever go back.
Definitely over priced for the quality of food. Chicken strips didn’t taste cooked all the way. Disappointed with the $70 steak and lobster. The goblet itself started to deform shape from dry ice causing the liquid to spill & shoot liquid on myself and others. It wasn’t worth the hype at all or the cost, Bellevue or not.
Way to expensive! And the cups were all cracked and not even pretty looking with the logo on it. I celebrated my birthday and told the waitress, never got sang too but 3 other people did in the restaurant. Never saw the waitress, super disappointing. The candle on your table wasn’t even lit
Great service and food! My friends and I had a really great time!
The manager Maryan and our server Nick was amazing they made my daughters sweet 16 very sweet and special. The atmosphere was great and everything. Thank you so much to your Team!!
The restaurant could stand to be deep cleaned. Very sticky and lots of flies. The food was good, but outrageously priced. Service was good.
My daughters 15th birthday
There was hair on my plate.
Lost of debris floating in one of our ice waters.
Hair in the food. The food with the hair in it wasn’t removed from our bill.
We did receive a few scoops of ice cream at no cost, but the meal that had the hair in it should’ve been removed form the check.
For this establishment to be attached to the expensive high rise apartments, as well as all the high end shopping.
It was a great disappointment.
Fantastic atmosphere and really cute decor. Food is extremely overpriced, but I suppose you're also paying for the experience. I recommend it to my friends for really special occasions.
I got the rainbow sliders. Ordered 3 sets of them. When the food came out the buns were hard and the meat was luke warm. They had been sitting under a warmer. I asked the waitress how long they had been sitting under a warmer and she replied with “not that long.” I would prefer them not to be under warmer at all considering we ordered 3 plates full.
