Superior service ! Food was amazing . A little pricy but a great overall place to eat . Out of famous lollipops at the candy side ..
Everything was she ing except for Mia our server. We got our shake and drink . wantex to order more food and more drinks but dudnt see our server agsin. When I was ready to pay the bill, had to get up and go find someone to bring our ticket to the table. The ace was not that busy. There we r empty tables. So no excuse for it. She didn't talk just took order and walked off.
It was ok. Expected more from a high end restaurant. Definitely needs updates. And a little over priced. Sliders looked cool, but tasted mediocre
My reservation was at 11p so me and my husband made it there 20mins and was seated. We waited 10mins before someone asked about getting us drinks. We couldn't order drinks from the bar even though the bar wasn't supposed to close or stop serving drinks until 11p according to the site and gaming commission, which was upsetting considering that I was out with my husband celebrating his birthday this past weekend. It took another 15mins before our food order was taken and a little bit over and hour before we were served the meal we ordered. The burgers we ordered were unseasoned and the Mac n Cheese on my burger was cold, so we couldn't finish eating our food.
Waitress did not come to table to check on us. We needed refills and other things and had to wait for an extended period of time.
We loved the atmosphere and the food was delicious
Only thing I would suggest is maybe start offering a kids menu..... the colorful items that kids want are way too much food for them.
But overall it was a FANTASTIC experience and we will definitely be back
Made my baby 7th birthday one for her to remember
Went for brunch to take our son as it's one of his favorite places. We have been before and this time was TOTALLY different. I had the ham and cheese omelet. I'm not sure how an omelet can be hard, but it was and almost inedible. Accompanying hashbrown mix was freezing cold. Husband had the eggs benedict - eggs were firm (like boiled) and asparagus couldn't even be cut with a knife. Son had the chicken and waffles- best out of all but 2 of the waffles were burned and the chicken tenders were also burned and so crunchy that he didn't eat them. Wait for food was incredibly long. There is no method to the kitchen, people seated before us were still waiting for food, while people after us got food quickly and before us. The server was incredibly friendly, but unfortunately it didn't make up for the poor food. Also, we were told that no specialty hot or iced coffee items were available (lattes, etc) but then the table next to us got it. We understand that there are changes due to Covid, but the issues with the food itself had nothing to do with Covid restrictions. Our son was able to get a non alcoholic drink bowl, which made him happy and made the food issues for him disappear. Unfortunately, it will be a while before we are back. For a $100 breakfast (with drink and 20% tip for server since it wasn't his fault), we expected much much more.
food was alright but not good enough for the price. The drinks were good but very pricy. My son picked here for his bday but i wouldn't pick here again. it was just too pricey for what we got.
It was my anniversary the drinks we chose they were out of ingredients to make it a couple was sat to close to us due to covid and we were ask to go to another table and we was already there so we decided to leave
Serve is so slow. The food didn’t even come out together. They refused to sign happy birthday to my husband bc we didn’t by the ice cream
Eat before you go and just have drinks(they are overpriced btw$32 for a goblet) or dessert because the food is trash and over hyped
Everything was great will definitely come back and recommend as well loved it
From the waiters to the drinks and food! It was awesome! Definitely will be coming back soon!
This is the second time I try going and have had a bad experience. My friend arrive their a few minutes before and tried getting our table for us. They told her that the full party must be there in order to sit her down she then ask if us being late 15 minutes was going to affect our reservation. She was told no. We arrive 15 minutes late and then we were taken to our “table”. The host began clean the table and someone from the back told her that they were down for the night. Our reservation was at 10 and they expected us to be done at 10:30 cause they said they only had 15 minutes left. That was very unprofessional they could of told my friend that they were planning on close at 1030 so she could of at least order to go instead of telling my friend it was ok for us to be a couple minutes late.
The food was very basic and ok. The fries were got were mostly cold and the food was ok. I wouldn’t go again. However the drinks were really good
Exciting, enjoyable get away that offers kid friendly atmosphere.
Waited almost 35-40 minutes before the waitress came to the table to take our drink orders. This was before we sent someone to call her. She wrote down the drink and food orders and we waited another 30-45 minutes before we received anything. Mind you ppl arriving after us were seated had drinks eat and left. Another employee saw our expression and had to come over and asked were we ok. The 2 burgers finally arrived after but we were still awaits the club sandwich in which, I assume should hv came first. We had to send the club back because it wasn’t done properly. Added advocado after we said please no advocado. We finally received our drinks after we were done eating the burgers. Still waiting for the club. I watched our server walk back and forth between the bar and one table she consistently bought drinks too in which 3 tables (mine included) received no attention at all. I forgot to mention my daughter order her drink 3 times (twice she came and said they were out). I would hv assumed you would hv this information since you hung out at the bar majority of our visit. Her excuse after all of this, was she was new to the job. That may hv been the case and I probably would hv fell for it. But, she lied and said the bar was backed up not knowing I watched everyone around us included the number of ppl that walked in at a later time were seating with drinks being poured. So no ma’am the lie didn’t sit well. Overall horrible experience for us. I usually give places another try after one bad experience hoping it was just Server error. I’m not sure if I’m to thrilled on driving an hour and getting service like this again.
Poor service, you pay so much for food and its takes them sooooo long to bring out food. 2nd experience was the same as the 1st time.
We went on Labor Day and I felt the restaurant was on the dirty side and the seats had a ton of rips on them. The food was good and the waiter we had was awesome.
Neat place to go.
We had a reservation for four at 9pm and still waited an hour to be seated. While we were waiting, we saw a party that did not have a reservation get seated before by arguing their way through to the manager. Apparently, the manager thought that the only way to avoid conflict with these people was to sit them to get them to shut up. The restaurant was obviously short-staffed because you could see the girl who was supposed to be at the front desk running around trying to clean dirty tables, seat people and even bring food out. I was overall VERY disappointed with the cleanliness and condition of the restaurant - upholstery on the booths is mostly gone which leaves the padding exposed and from the looks of it has been for a while as the padding is filthy. The restaurant really needs to do some major work/renovation. This location does not live up to the hype and pricey food. I would NOT recommend this place.
The sugar factory was over booked. They weren't organized, and they were working under staffed. We ordered appetizers that actually came out the same time as the food that was ordered.. The food was horrible, the booth seats at the table were raggedy, scratching your legs. My first experience was horrible, hopefully they get it together..👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
The service is was awful the food was cool and came out late. We ordered drinks and it took 45 minutes to make so we canceled them.
The service and food was horrible. The food came out in different order my sons food came out last after everyone was done eating. We had to return some of the food because it was cool. We waiting almost 45 for our drinks to be made so we just canceled the drink order. We told the waitress we were celebrating 3 birthdays but no one came out. So the overall experience was poor.
Had reservations for weeks, didn’t get seated until an hour and a half later. They never text us, we had to go to the hostess ourselves after not getting notified. Didn’t get our drinks for 45 min. Our waitress was extremely kind and attentive, but they were slammed and the wait time was ridiculous. The food wasn’t the best this visit either. The visit a month before was much more enjoyable and the food was amazing. My boyfriend ordered a shrimp appetizer and it tasted like frozen shrimp and it was served with marinara. Not cocktail sauce. I’m just not pleased with this recent experience. The bill was extremely high for the quality of food we were served. I’m hoping it was circumstantial because, like I said, our first experience was very enjoyable.
I felt very rushed.
Such a fun place to celebrate my daughters birthday! Our waiter was fantastic! This was such a great experience for our family!
The waiter was not attentive she didn’t bring us no refills on our first drink ! She wasted the drink all over the table and supposed to bought napkins back and didn’t ! Drink was leaking all on yet table and floor msg on my clothes! Food wasn’t good at all ! Fries were cold! Spinach dip was nasty it was not work the the 80!$ we paid we was ready to go within 25 min
We were sitting for about 20 minutes before a server come to the table. When I ask a server told me that their in the between of shift change. The server we had was very friendly & quick to get our drinks & food.
The three star food review is a mix. The desserts were four or even five star, just amazing. The entrees were maybe a two star, but maybe that was our fault for ordering entrees at a dessert restaurant. Of particular note are the French fries. Every sandwich comes with fries, and you would think that they would focus on delivering a good product, or at least an okay product. Frozen fries baked in the oven are crisper and better than the ones served at the Sugar Factory. They have other sides, we didn't try any, but we definitely wish we had. Key point, eat your meal elsewhere (McDonalds would be better) then go to the Sugar Factory for the amazing desserts.
This was a birthday lunch with my family. After waiting for table when I had a reservation. Next complaint is when I asked the waitress for another Bloody Mary for my husband, she got snoopy and said “I told you the bartender is making it!” After 1 hr 30 minutes later our food arrived cold. I had to ask another waitress to locate the manager because our waitress was not worried about serving her current customers. She was still tending to others that had their food. I saw on a large wedding party that was there the manager jumped in to personally serve them drinks. I kept wondering why everyone at other tables were sending food back because of being. Another had been there 2 hours and got cold food. My husband was so mad. He always tips good but this time he left a nickel and tipped the bar tender. The milkshake was runny and did not have flavor. If you want an awesome place for a milkshake try The Yard. The bathrooms were disgusting . The service was horrible. The food tasted horrible. The manager made excuses of being short handed. She offered 50% off meal. Still needed to offer more because my husband didn’t eat his food so at all. This restaurant is not worth time or money.
The environment was
Wonderful but my food was horrible drinks and dessert was amazing
Place could use a remodel seats have vinyl missing looks really bad for a place in the Hard Rock and with prices as high as they are.
Essence was an awesome server !really nice the atmosphere
We are here for our daughter’s birthday. We had the best time with great food and great service. I would highly recommend anyone thinking about dining at the Sugar Factory just go ahead and do it ... you won’t be disappointed.
Michael was awesome. Very attentive. Food was great drinks were amazing.
Not a bad wait time! Christa was a good waitress! Food was good
The food there was terrible. Overcooked and under seasoned. Not only my dish but every dish that my entire party had and we all ordered something different. The cost of the food is overpriced for the value. I’ve honestly Have had better fast food. May be a good place To visit if you want to have a $30 cocktail. To eat, definitely not. The service was subpar. Our dishes were never cleared from our table and things were missing from our order. I would never go back to this location. I’ve heard such good things about Sugar Factory but this location is terrible. Definitely a waste of (a lot) money. Would not recommend.
