                                    Made a reservation and received a confirmation email stating our reservation time and date but restaurant was closed after driving all the way there for dinner.

                                    OpenTable! After making our reservation and driving all the way there the place wasn’t even open!! FFS 🤦‍♀️ We get it’s Covid times but we thought because we could make a reservation that the restaurant had a social distancing/outdoor option. Is anyone actually monitoring the OpenTable site?

                                    Reservation was available and confirmed but the restaurant was not even open. We went all the way in rain only to find everything was closed. Further they send us email to provide review, the system is so broken!

                                    Horrible experience, sat for almost an hour no one brought us menus, drinks etc. And never saw the movie. We ended up leaving!!

                                    We didn't really know what to expect. It turns out that you can see a movie and have dinner while watching the movie. We just had dinner. Next time we'll try the full experience. I had a NY strip steak that was tough but the mashed potatoes and roasted vegies were excellent. My wife had a ceasar salad with chicken and it was just fine. We will go again for dinner and a movie.

                                    This is a cute boutique movie theatre that I thought had some really good food. they just have a few minor and one major problem to fix. Minor problems are, lighting, volume of the movies, knowing the selection of movies available. The big problem is the poor service. I can get over the fact that we had reservations but still had to wait 10 minutes to be acknowledged at the door as well as understanding when it took 15 minutes for the staff to stop by and take our drink order. But I cannot imagine why it took 55 minutes for our drink order to be delivered, in fact our food order showed up about 10 minutes before any drink ever made its way to our spot. I really hope they can fix this issue as the poor service really ruined the whole experience. I am not sure if we will be coming back here again. i hope the management takes the time to read these reviews and actually fix the problem.

                                    Wanted a nice meal while we were in town visiting our son. (The virus has made this a challenge!) I was able to make a reservation at Studio One...we were seated in their restaurant, but this is a movie venue, too...could be fun for a future visit. My son is a vegetarian, and the menu had ample choices...all the food was delicious...and staff took good care of us. My son plans to visit again.

                                    The place has a really cool set up for watching movies if you like shared couches. However, everything else is far overpriced. It's like being at a typical movie theater in that you pay high prices for only generic quality goods.

                                    The theater was pretty nice, but through orders being taken.. almost every 5 minutes staff had to walk in front of us and we had to move to make room so they could hand out food. The restaurant had okay food at best, but overpriced for what it was. The service, and time to get the food was incredibly long having taken almost an hour for 2 sandwiches with fries.. I’d definitely see a movie there again, but I’d like them to change how they go about bringing food, or taking orders within the theater. I won’t ever try to eat at the restaurant side of it again though.
