Studio Gauthier is the exciting new project from Alexis Gauthier, taking over the unique and beautiful setting of the BFI building in Fitzrovia. Beautiful velvet booths meet austere concrete and California colours with a large open kitchen to see everything the chefs are preparing. The 100% plant based menu features, for the first time, Gauthier Soho level dishes in a less formal and more wallet friendly environment, perfect for a fun evening with friends.
Also don’t miss the private, sheltered mews terrace at the back.

    The Chorba and the Classic Tangine were possibly the best 2 courses I have ever tasted here, and the others were close behind, in all the best tasting menu here for me so far and we have tried a few now. It is a pleasure to dine here and we look forward to what comes next, bring it on. PS: We were not eating red meat, much fish or Dairy prior to our first visit here some 18 months or so ago, now we are almost 100% Vegan and for this we are forever grateful.

    Everything was just delectable, imaginative creations, beautifully presented. We had stuffed flatbread, 3 kinds of sushi, Parmesan aubergine, potatoes which were all exceptional. Will surely be back.

    Our very favourite restaurant on this planet. The chef, Alexia Dellaca Minot, is a creative genius and obsessed with perfection in all the right ways. The food is sublime and the staff thoroughly committed to excellence. If you don't believe that gourmet vegan food exists, or you'd like to totally surprise a meat-eater, this is the place to dine! Try the tasting menus with wine or non-alcoholic drinks pairings for a gastronomic adventure. This restaurant is total class yet accessible and affordable.

    Incredibly food, incredible service, everything was absolutely delicious. One of the best vegan restaurants in the world! Such a great place for a casual fun yet dele delicious dining experience with Five Star food. I can’t wait to come back again. This place is a hidden gem! Plant based food at its best!

    Fantastic food, great service and in my opinion extremely reasonable for such high quality vegan food. The brioche is fantastic.

    We had a lovely tasting menu experience at Studio Gauthier. It was our second time at the restaurant and I was very happy to be seated outside on a wonderful summer evening. The tasting menu was great- fresh, delicate, creative and surprisingly filling. It exceeded expectations! The staff were friendly and I loved that we were able to take our time and enjoy the meal over almost 2.5 hours! A rare treat in a city which often tries to turn tables around in a measly 90 minutes. Thank you!

    We had the Tasting Menu with 5 small courses - just the right amount of food. This vegan restaurant produces exceptional dishes - well worth a visit - whether you are vegan or not!
