Wonderful dining experience. We love this restaurant in Miami and couldn't wait to try it in Vegas. It did not disappoint. Tasting menu was so on point. Fun and interesting. Such amazing and unexpected flavors. We have new wine favorites thanks to the wine pairing we were exposed to. Melanie was friendly, informative and kept the meal on pace. We loved it and can't wait to return!

Everything was amazing-the food was amazing and the wine pairings were perfection. Service was well organized and just really pleasant. It was a wonderful dinner!

Dinner at Stubborn Seed was my favorite dining experience in Las Vegas in recent memory (I’m a local). The restaurant is beautiful. Service was excellent. Our waiter, Chuck, was knowledgeable and attentive-really on point. Everything we ordered was delicious and we tried a wide array of offerings from the menu (Cheesy Puffs, Iberico Ham Fritters, Little Gem Lettuces, Ricotta Gnudi, Smoked Beef Rib, Truffled Chicken, snickerdoodle cookie and pavlova). There was not a miss among the bunch. Josh, the GM, checked in a number of times to make sure everything was perfect and gave us a tour of the restaurant after dinner. Can’t wait to go back.

It was a early dinner for us and we sat at the bar with Alexis. She was great. She informed us on everything we needed to know. The cocktails were very good. The food there is excellent. My husband and I cannot wait to come back.

Really lovely space, decor, and kitchen. I was soo disappointed that they ran out of the lobster. Since my guest is a pescatarian, we were limited to a few options. Otherwise, it was a great experience as the the service from the bartenders, runners, and servers were top tier. Loved the oysters and dessert!

Food was good but the kitchen was slammed. We did the 6 course chef tasting with the elevated experience (and added caviar). 2.5 hrs in we opted to pack the last course and only took a bite of the Wagyu dish

I travel extensively and eat at wonderful restaurants all over the country and the globe. The tasting menu at Stubborn Seed just might be the best meal I've ever had. The food was exemplary and the service was impeccable. You can't go wrong.

Pacing of the tasting menu was off. Too much time in between meals. We sat at our table at 8pm and concluded dinner at 10:45pm. While the food was tasty and very good, the meal took too long considering it was 7 courses.
