   Excellent and creative food. Tasty cocktails, although a bit sweet. The foie gras was our favorite, and the chicken was top-notch. I would recommend eating here. Our service was a bit slow, but I think that is because they put us in the bar area at a tiny table outside the main dining area for some reason. It was odd, and we didn't like that, especially since we had reservations and the main dining room had plenty of available seats. So it felt like we were eating in the bar. Also, our server had her tables in the other room except for us. But the food was worth the short Uber ride, and it was the best meal we had in Vegas.

   Since I was by myself I had the tasting menu at the bar with wine pairing. Cuisine at the highest level. The Sake and Citrus Cured Yellowtail is one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. So many layers of flavor! Pan Roasted Barramundi (with a spectacular curry sauce) and Australian Wagu Striploin are stellar. The wine pairing for $70 is a very good value. Treat yourself. This is fine dining.

   We did the tasting menu and everyone in our party thought it was delicious and a great experience. Our service was excellent and exactly what you would expect for fine dining. Our server Andrew and the manager Josh were wonderful!! The ambiance is very nice - my only recommendation would be to fully enclose the restaurant- takes away from the overall upscale experience to see the escalator in the background.

   Great dinning experience at Stubborn Seed. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with a warm feel. Service was superb, very attentive but not disruptive. You never had to ask for anything as the staff was all working very efficiently together. The food was beautiful to look at, thoughtful and delicious. We did the pre-fixed menu and the portion was just right. Honestly, I thought the portion was very generous for such a good menu. Highly recommend Stubborn Seed.

   They deserve Michelin stars — everything was absolutely perfect. From the outstanding food to the attentive service, great ambiance, and even the music, every detail was spot-on. And to top it all off, the pricing was very reasonable. Truly an exceptional dining experience

   Service was fantastic! Chuck our server was so accommodating! The hostess/management went out of their way to make my Birthday dinner so special with their hospitality and the special birthday menu greeting. Food was transcendent. Really earned its Michelin stars! ⭐️

    Was excited to eat here. Informed waitress I had a peanut , tree nut and almond allergy and said it was severe . Was served my large dish , Australian waygu and the dish had almonds on it. I asked if they were almonds and they quickly moved my plate away and said they were. My wife now ate her dish alone. A new plate for me came out 15-20 min later with no apology. The waitress came over a few min later and said the manager wasn’t charging me for my dish. Night was basically ruined and that was the best that was offered with very little apology or care. The drink glasses smelled of dirty dishwater which ruined the $20+ drinks we ordered. The service was sloppy. We would receive new place settings as dishes were being placed. We were never offered refills on our water, granted we did order club soda. The water glasses sat empty for the duration of our meal. On a positive note, the raw yellowtail dish was delicious!
