   Updated Came for a birthday celebration and left disappointed. The food was good - well seasoned and good portions - but we had to ask other wait staff to find our waitress in order to get the check, pay, and leave. On top of forgetting water, place settings, and not coming back for drink orders, we waited at least 15 minutes for the check after asking for it (and another waitress) and another 15 before she came back to take it. On top of the service, a singer in the corner and a party over 20 who came to see him (family?) made it hard to hear. Follow up addition: The other couple celebrating the birthday with us left their credit card at the restaurant. They called in the evening after leaving before the restaurant closed. Nobody picked up and they left a message with contact information. They called back on Sunday when they opened. Again no answer and they left another message with contact information. They called back about 2 hours after opening. Finally got a hold of someone who confirmed it was there. Memorable dinner for all the wrong reasons.

   The food was very good. I was a little disappointed with my first drink, as the flavors did not mesh well together, too much lime juice, but the experience was still good. They made the sticky garlic wings to perfection. The dipping sauce could you some work though, too watery. The service was quick and on point, which is very important, so I would definitely come back here.

   Kitchen was backed up, so dinner took over an hour to come out. Not ideal when one of the items is a kids meal and your kid is hungry and still waiting at 8:15 for food. Unfortunately, although the food all looked really good, most of it was so amazingly over salted that it tasted like eating the ocean. The kid’s chicken fingers were actually the worst. My daughter joked that the food took so long because they had to go to the grocery store to get a pound of salt to put into the chicken. On the upside, the American burger was quite good and the least salty thing (that’s all relative). Usually really enjoy S&T so this was a miss for sure.

   Arrived 5:30pm on Friday and we were seated immediately. Service was prompt. I started with a mushroom soup which was excellent. Both of us ordered the brisket sandwich dip. The sandwich was very good. The fries were the boardwalk style and delicious. Some of the deserts on the menu looked good but we were stuffed and didn't need dessert. My son had a hard cider type beer and said it was very good. Prices in line with other like establishments. I will certainly go back.

   We had not heard of this restaurant before and gave it a shot . What a pleasant surprise ! The boom boom shrimp was amazing ! Our entrees were spot on and my smoked chicken pot pie was amazing ! Best i ever had at any restaurant. The Brooke was a great dessert ! We will be back

   Birthday celebration - food was excellent, live music was an added bonus we did not expect. Surprise sundae for the birthday person (and table)! Will definitely be coming back.

   The food was fine. The service was excellent. Nice spot for a meet up. Live music Fri and Sat - so if that’s not your thing, you might want a different night.

    Great steak dinner for me and a brisket sandwich for my honey— both delicious. If you are “salt sensitive” just say “no additional salt” —- very accommodating. The house cab was very good and service was excellent. We love this place.
