Everything was lovely. Haven’t been there for over a year. Wasn’t disappointed!!
First visit. We loved our cocktails. For food, we ordered Brussels, ribs, short ribs and brisket dip. All were fantastic! Our waitress could have been a little more attentive. Needed to wave her down twice. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.
Tortilla’s we’re dry, not much toppings.
Chicken sandwich dry and hard as a rock. Fries were so salty, they couldn’t be eaten.
Excellent. We reserved table outside, but it was too cold. They went out of their way to accommodate us indoors.
The server was rude and seemed very disinterested in his job. We tipped him 20 percent anyways cause these are hard times. But if i was basing on service no. Never checked in on us. As he saw we were finishing he was like can i bring your check now. The food was just ok not great many of us didn’t finish the meals
The food was amazing and the portion sizes were incredible. The service was fair. What really concerned me was the decor. There were allusions to Confederate flags posted all over the walls. As an ally for people of color, I took offense to the wall decorations. I would ask that they be removed and something else put in place instead. Otherwise it was a great dining experience.
Food was wonderful. Ambiance and live music were a plus.
We had a wonderful Mother’s Day brunch. Our waiter, Tommy, was attentive but not intrusive. The food was excellent.
We went for brunch on mother's day. The service was ok. We weren't given plates for the appetizers, only two people got water, and a drink was missed. Overall the food was really good. The deviled eggs were very heavy on the mustard so keep that in mind if ordering. The skillet cinnamon bun was amazing. I do not like scrapple, but the rest of the table that ate the scrapple bao buns said they were really good as well. Two of us go the smoked salmon benedict special. My eggs were overdone (not runny), but my dad's were perfect. Both of our muffins were really hard like a pretzel so I did not eat mine, but overall the flavors were there so I was ok with the dish. My husband got the breakfast bowl and it was delicious. I cannot recall what my mom ordered, but I had some of the potatoes that came with it and they were delicious as well. The kids loved their meals. I tried a couple of fries and yum. I probably would go back since overall the food was good.
The windows and doors needed a good windex. Other than that we had a great time and the value and service was excellent.
Nice place, overall service was good. Our food was the issue. Warm tacos, not hot. Missing entree. Burnt flatbread. Most likely will not return.
Gumbo was terrific! Fun place to eat, Jules our server was great.
Great food - clean - good service.
Overpriced! Awful wine selection for non beer drinkers. Service is slow and food is average.
Food was phenomenal, service was a bit slow but would definitely recommend
Ordered appraisers and drinks and kept waiting. When server came over he took main entries order.
Next thing we new, apps snd main course arrived at same time.
Great outdoor space with the right amount of heating to keep it comfy. Nice that some is covered and some isn't for those who love, and don't love, sun.
I did not enjoy the Flatbread. Wife said her omelet was OK, just not excellent.
We didn't even get to eat. They were overbooked.
The place was packed.
Horrible dining experience! Arrived right on time for our 6:30 reservation. Was told that our table was just getting cleaned, and that they'd be seating us in a minute. No problem! Took 15 minutes, though. Things just went from bad to worse from there. Our waiter came over a few times to introduce himself and say he's be with us in a minute. On the third or fourth time he finally took our drink and appetizer orders. They never arrived, and we never saw him again! At 7:30, an hour after our reservation time, when all that we'd received was water, we finally gave up and went to a different restaurant across the street. The couple sitting next to us said they'd been there an hour and a half, and had only gotten their drinks (so it didn't seem like waiting any longer made any sense). I was bummed! Seemed like a fun place! To his credit, on our way out the guy at the host stand offered to give us a coupon to come back another time, but I wouldn't go back for free. Very disappointing.
Another great meal @ Stove and Tap
Our server AMY was great
And special thanks to host/manager for moving us inside. We had hoped
to eat outside but it was just too chilly for a few of us!
thanks for another GREAT dinner
Excellent service. Very welcoming. Nachos were amazing. The chicken cheesesteak and fries were barely edible. Will try again because of the service.
New waitress who was very nice, but a few meals were wrong. Nashville Chicken sandwiches had zero heat and were both dry. Rest of party of 6 enjoyed meals. Will try again. Above average beer selection. Staff pleasant.
Menu is very limited and doesn’t change. Service was extremely slow. We were a party of 4 who dined in. One person ordered a Cobb Salad which came out several minutes after the hot dishes. We placed an order for a burger to-go, which the waiter forgot to put through. Had to wait 20 minutes after we had paid for it to come out. I don’t think we’ll be going back.
Had a great experience outside with drinks and apps.
This is not my first time here and on previous visits everything was decent . This time neither of us ate all of our food because it was dry and not warm. Most likely it died in the window because service was slow. It literally took almost 15 minutes before our server even greeted us to take a drink order and then we didn’t even get our drinks until our food arrived. I understand the restaurant was busy but this is not acceptable when you’re charging $21 for chicken and chicken I would not even eat. The server never checked to see how we were but just to bring our check which I promptly gave him my credit card so we didn’t have to wait any longer to leave. That was a waste of $86. I could’ve gone to KFC and had a better meal. The bathrooms were also not clean because there were some cobwebs on the base of the store and dust around the rail. Certainly not up to COVID-19 standards that the restaurant says they practice.
We sat at a high top in the bar area. Huge open doorways allowed or great air circulation.
While we waited a while for our meal, the servers could not have been better! Great outdoor venue as well. Delicious meal!
First time dining here - food was good, the menu was more limited that what was posted as there menu online (which was a bit disappointing because a few items we wanted to try were not available). Deviled eggs were yummy, chicken sandwich was just ok (not a all spicy and not as juicy as chicken normal is when it is fried ). flatbread and drinks were good. and wonderful ambiance with the bar area walls
We had great margaritas, some happy hour nachos and other good food. The brisket Flatbread was really good!
We arrived 10 minutes early to a pretty empty restaurant on a Tuesday. While we were there, several more booths filled up. Social distancing is in effect, with every other booth available and the tables are spread very far apart. Our waiter was also the man who greeted us, very friendly, provided the perfect amount of service. Not overly attentive, but we also weren't looking for him either. I ordered the St Louis ribs with coleslaw and fries. The fries were seasoned nicely, the coleslaw was purple cabbage - it was ok. The ribs were very tender and the sauce tasted a bit smokey. I also had two glasses of sangria -- absolutely delicious! My other half ordered the Tap House Nachos. We were greeted with a huge platter of nachos. I would say they could saved some money and not put so many chips on the plate. I will say there were a lot of toppings and this plate was huge, like 6 people for a meal huge. Half the chips with the same toppings would have been worth it. He did ask for the chicken addition. All in all, good service, good food. It was slow for them, so not sure what a weekend looks like, but I'm sure it's busy. They have outdoor seating with heaters, but I did not see the heaters on. We, of course, sat inside, a little too chilly.
The menu is small, but there are so many interesting choices. I would definitely return!
My family and I enjoyed our meal. The service was excellent and the food was great!
Group of friends got together got a fun lunch and we had a great time and Stove and Tap. The food was fantastic and the ambiance made the experience that much better. The service also was great, friendly and polite and checked on us but didn’t come over too often where we felt interrupted.
very odd that there was a "dog" convention. although seated outside there were about 5 dogs surrounding one table. not what i would have expected
Usually a good experience, but from greeting to seating not what we’ve received on prior visits. In fairness, this was the first warm day of spring and the place was busy.
The other challenge was the food - the nachos on our previous visit were terrific, but on this one, they were smaller, with less toppings, and the cheese looked melted by a microwave like you might do at home. Consistency is key.
We’ll be back, but maybe not on such a busy night.
Chris was our server and he was great! Even though the weather was not as warm and sunny as we would have hoped, we were seated by the firepit and had heat lamps near by and that make it perfect.
Food and service was very good. Ambience is rated low only because it was a Tuesday night and during this stupid 'pandemic' thing.
Food was outstanding but the service was unfortunately not good. Could’ve just been the one person as all the other support staff were great and did most of our servers work.
Hidden gem. Outstanding cooking. Reasonable prices.
Great outdoor dining area, delicious food. Prices are a little high, especially the cocktails but they were delicious. We’ll definitely go back.
This was our first time at Stove and Tap for brunch! It was delicious! Atmosphere is great! My only thing is service can be a bit slow. It’s picked up a bit since the first time I was there. More attention and quicker action upon arrival would make this place my go-to spot!
