   Came before a concert at Petco Park, and it was packed. No one seemed to be checking reservations so we asked a waitress if we could sit at the last open table. While waiting for friends, we looked at the menu and tried ordering 3 different things because the waitress kept telling us the thing we wanted to order wasn't being served any more (and it was a QR code menu -- aren't those things easier to update?). We finally settled on some simple drinks and pizzas. They were ok. The menu may have been in the middle of being updated but there weren't a lot of options, seems to be a better place for drinks and maybe a snack. Very lively, noisy crowd when we went and open air environment. Wouldn't readily go back but overall an ok experience.

   My cousins from Ireland were here visiting & staying Downtown San Dieho, so I research nearby places and Storyhouse Spirits had excellent reviews snd a nice variety of food in the menu.the drinks & food were delicious, excellent service snd not too noisy like a lot of places, so we could hear each other snd catch up. I recommend this place for a fun place to gather with friends, for a casual night out in Downtown San Diego. The only negative is paying $25.00 for parking & the homeless issue is pretty bad downtown these days.

   Our server Stephanie was the best. She made some spot on recommendations and was overly accommodating and extremely positive and friendly. We definitely will be back

   Nice little place near Petco, serves cocktails made with on-premises distilled spirits. The drinks are fairly imaginative and tasty, the food covers a number of basics - burgers, flatbreads, tacos - nicely. There is an open air style seating , not a true patio and it isn't an enormous room, however enough spacing to not feel squeezed. The service was very attentive and quick - finally, while the noise did pick up a bit due to the March Madness games, I imagine it's pretty nominal most of the time.

   Food and drinks were exceptional!! Service was slow but it was before a concert that was in town so the restaurant was busy! Considering everyone is struggling to get people to work, I was just happy to have service. Will definitely go back again!

   We went to Storyhouse because we like trying out distilleries and this was within walking distance of our hotel. The food was very good and the drinks were fine. I didn't ask if I missed it but I was a little surprised the menu didn't include samples of their spirits outside of a cocktail. Overall it was worth a visit and if we got back to San Diego we'd go back if we stayed in the area.

    I eat here all the time and it’s my fave local neighborhood haunt. They went through some changes lately. Not for the better. Food went from really good to just meh. Hope they can fix it
