   We arrived very tired after a very busy travel itinerary over the past several days and this was the perfect calm, welcoming and comfortable choice for our dinner. The menu is rather brilliant; plenty of varied options without being overwhelming. I was taking a day off from alcohol and appreciated an excellent non alcoholic beer option. My wife found lots to love in the by the glass wine choices. I look forward to exploring the bottled wine menu in the future. We started with three small plates that were all very good. In particular, the bright green seasonal asparagus were skillfully cooked perfection. Seeing the open flame kitchen, we found the whole rotisserie chicken for two irresistible. Served with a lovely green salad, a head of roasted garlic and chicken jus, it was simple and flawless. The breast meat was perfectly moist and flavorful. The meat was well brined and needed no added seasoning. This was obviously well sourced chicken. Delicious bread pudding was the finisher. The seats were comfortable, lighting warm, tasteful music unobtrusively below conversation level, tables well spaced and service welcoming, expert and timely. We had an early reservation and it was not busy. I suspect that after theater times are bustling. The Seven Dials neighborhood is full of superb culinary options but anyone would be remiss in passing up the opportunity to dine here. I have been in the restaurant/hospitality business for over 50 years and am keenly aware of the all important small details that make some restaurants memorable. Story Cellar hits all the right notes.

   Waiter. And waitress are too aggressive that they don’t allow us to feel comfortable in dinning at a relax environment. We were just sent to the table before sitting down they sort of pushing you to order drinks. The music was too loud that we can’t talk without shouting over across the small table. The food portion is far too small in compare with the price. Absolutely not value for money. Unlikely will go back

   One of the finest dining experiences in the vibrant Covent Garden area! The restaurant was conveniently located, making it easy to find. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an exceptionally friendly staff who made us feel right at home. The wine list was simply remarkable, featuring a wide selection that perfectly complemented every dish. Speaking of the food, it was nothing short of extraordinary—each plate artfully presented and bursting with flavor.

   Awesome spot in Seven Dials. Food is delicious and filling, and the had some of the best balanced cocktails I’ve had in London. Will be back and also check out their main Michelin restaurant.

   Excellent food! We split whole roasted chicken between 3 of us plus a few extra sides. It was perfect! The fries are to die for! We also had bread pudding for dessert - it was excellent as well. Service was fabulous too! We went before a play - it is very close to theaters. Best restaurant we have been to in England! Highly recommend!!!

    Food and wine obscenely overpriced. We had to pay over £100 for a decent Chardonnay. The food was so expensive that we ended up having bread and ‘cultured’ butter and a starter rather than a main course. The starter, tuna, was delicious but was tiny and would have fitted into a dessert spoon. Nice glasses but at those prices one would expect decent, ie not paper napkins. Lots of perfectly pleasant waiting staff but all in all not a happy experience
