Food and service were fantastic. Our server, David was the best.
Bartender and server were awesome food was very bland first bad experience with food here. ordered stone bites and the bread was stale.
I was not expecting to be seated in the bar on Thanksgiving! I was not given the option to not set in the bar when I made my reservation. The service was great but my food was cold. I expected better.
We made reservations for Thanksgiving. They ran about 30 minutes late, which considering the holiday, not horrible. Service was good. Stuffing was cold, but good. Overall definitely worth it.
The food for our Thanksgiving dinner was not very good. The turkey had too much gristle and the stuffing was too salty. The quality of the food was not worth the price.
Our server was very good.
A frequent this restaurant often and as usual on this day the food and the service were excellent. I appreciate how consistent Stonewood is in both quality of food and hood service.
The building is beautiful. Got stuck in bar area. Thought it to be quite noisy. Overall we had a nice time
We went for Thanksgiving dinner, it was great, hot and delicious, loved the pumpkin pie/cheesecake that was for dessert.
Food was excellent and the service was fantastic. Overall it was a great experience! We will be back.
We love the fact that they choose to remain open on Thanksgiving and have not been disappointed yet - after the last 5 years. Once again, the food was superb - I love the smoked salmon and for me it's a main meal, not just an appetizer. We tried the bruschetta for the 1st time and it was very good - we really liked the balsamic dressing served with it. Truly excellent. My husband was very pleased in that they knew how to Pittsburgh a steak and did it perfectly. We would give a special shout-out to Jay, our server. He was excellent. Busy yes, but took time with the table, answered questions with patience ,and even gave us his own special balsamic dressing recipe.
80th birthday and it took an hour for any food.
Wonderful as usual.
Food was very good. A little high prices. Server was just ok. Salad plates still on the table when food arrived. Multiple empty glasses.
French onion soup was awful, had send it back. Server never bought bread to our table
We went to watch a football game & the manager changed one of the TV stations for us to watch! Food was delicious & the wait staff was amazing!
The food and service were excellent. Will dine here again on our next trip
The best part about Stonewood is its consistently excellent food. All our sandwiches and salads were delicious. The restaurant is clean and bright with lots of separate rooms so you don't feel you are at a huge venue. Staff is helpful and friendly.
Great food and service as usual. Just took a long time to get our food.
The food was very good, we always love to get the Bruschetta first! We had a very nice and attentive server, so our dinner was a full success. Only the temperature was a little too low to feel comfortable.
Great place for a wonderful meal. The old Vince Carter’s restaurant is a beautiful setting. The Vince’s sports bar and a gray place for sports viewing. Highly recommend.
Disappointed with the steak on the steak skewer. It was tough. The veggies were very good as was the lemon orzo.
Tim our waiter was great very attentive and friendly. The food was excellent cooked as requested. Noise level was not bad at all and the tables are nicely spaced. Prices were reasonable for the quantity and quality. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
Food and drinks great. Service and recommendations were outstanding. Love that you can make reservations, but I always have to email receipt to get credit for dining. I tell them it’s a reservation but never gets entered that way.
My family and I sat in the area with open seating *the game was on* and we LOVED IT! Our waitress, Claire, was as amazing as the food. This is our new to go favorite place for sure!
Ate outside on patio by fountain…could definitely use candles or lighting on the tables. Service by Nate was excellent and friendly! The swordfish and scallop special was one of the best swordfish entrees I have ever had! Perfectly seasoned and cooked. The shrimp and scallops, seafood casserole and all our entrees were great. No need for take out boxes🤪
The hostess at the door greeted us promptly and seated us professionally ahead of our reserved time. She was excellent. The quality of our food was well above average. Our meats were tender and our vegetables were fresh. The presentation was that of a diner with no garnish. Our server was excellent. I believe her name was Emma. I would request her again if I returned to the restaurant. The value of the cocktails, entrees, salads, and desserts far missed the mark. The over-priced items did not reflect the quality of food, beverage, or the ambiance of the dining room. Service by our server far -exceeded the quality of the food. The table was sparce and set-ups were only delivered after we ordered our food. This experience did not live up to the reputation of Stonewood Grill. Other locations provide a much better dining experience. This experience was very average but very over-priced when compared to other eateries in the area.
We always enjoy Stonewood when we go. We took another couple who had never been before and they enjoyed it as well. Thanks Stonewood.
Excellent Food and service - our waiter was great 😊
Celebrating husband 50th birthday
Everything was absolutely wonderful! Delicious food, great service, nice atmosphere, good prices. I would recommend for sure!
Our dinner experience was all around great. We are first time customers and we decided on your establishment because my Son wanted a good steak on his Birthday so we decided to give Stonewood a try. everything was great until our waiter asked us about dessert and it kind of surprised us. There should be some kind of small piece of something sweet on the house for anyone celebrating a Birthday. when we made the reservation we mentioned the birthday and when we were at our table we notified our waiter as well. So that was a disappointment especially when we spent a good amount of money.
Bruschetta was the best of our meal. Maybe we set our expectations too high but we were not “wowed” over our food at all. Waiter was attentive and courteous so that was a pleasure.
WOW! DONT KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON AT THIS LOCATION BUT ITS DEFINATELY NOT A STONEWOODS FORMAT! TOTAL FAIL IF THEY ARE TRYING TO COPY VINCE CARTERS. Food was ok, service was ok but just felt like a sizzler type atmosphere with high ticket prices. No urgency, drinks empty, dirty dishes left on table as they walk by no one asks if you need anything????
On top of that it was my Dads 85th Birthday and I called and was told that they can do a happy birthday dessert and song. Hostess confirmed he would take care of it. NEVER HAPPENED!!! We waited and waited and finally we just ordered our own dessert and left. I had a better time at Buckys gas station next door.
NEVER AGAIN AT THIS LOCATION FOR ME...............
Our reservation was seated on time to a excellent booth. Our waitress was personable and efficient. Drinks served promptly. It took a little while for
our food to arrive. Not bad but could have been better. Food was excellent
and cooked correctly the first time. A little pricey but over all a excellent
Food tasted good, service was great. Menu selection was very poor not enough main dishes to choose from. Considering it's a higher-end restaurant would be nice to see employees have a dress code, so you don't feel like you went to McDonald's and paid $36 for steak. This was my first time to this restaurant.
My ribeye steak was cooked to order and was very tasteful. My wife ordered the French onion soup and crab dip, but was not impressed. The orange cake was very moist and flavorful
Food was good, waitress did not understand drink order. And now they charge for bread. $100 for two people.
